Claims (15)
- 가스 배리어 수지를 포함하는 수지 조성물을 포함하여 이루어지는 A층과, 이 A층에 인접하고, 엘라스토머를 포함하는 수지 조성물을 포함하여 이루어지는 B층을 갖고,
상기 A층과 B층이 합계 7층 이상이고,
상기 A층의 1층의 평균 두께가 0.001㎛ 이상 10㎛ 이하, 상기 B층의 1층의 평균 두께가 0.001㎛ 이상 40㎛ 이하이며,
적어도 상기 B층의 수지 조성물 중에 금속염을 포함하고,
이 금속염의 함유량이, 금속 원소 환산으로 1 질량ppm 이상 10,000 질량ppm 이하이고,
활성 에너지선이 조사되어 이루어지는 다층 구조체. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 A층과 B층이 교대로 적층되어 있는 다층 구조체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 다층 구조체의 두께가 0.1㎛ 이상 1,000㎛ 이하인 다층 구조체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 엘라스토머가, 폴리스티렌계 엘라스토머, 폴리올레핀계 엘라스토머, 폴리디엔계 엘라스토머, 폴리염화비닐계 엘라스토머, 염소화폴리에틸렌계 엘라스토머, 폴리우레탄계 엘라스토머, 폴리에스테르계 엘라스토머, 폴리아미드계 엘라스토머 및 불소 수지계 엘라스토머로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종인 다층 구조체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 A층의 수지 조성물 중에 금속염을 추가로 포함하는 다층 구조체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 A층 및 B층 중 적어도 한쪽의 수지 조성물 중에 라디칼 가교제를 포함하고,
활성 에너지선 조사 전의 이 수지 조성물에 대한 라디칼 가교제의 함유량이 0.01 질량% 이상 10 질량% 이하인 다층 구조체. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 가스 배리어 수지가 에틸렌-비닐알코올 공중합체인 다층 구조체.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌-비닐알코올 공중합체의 에틸렌 단위 함유량이 3몰% 이상 70몰% 이하인 다층 구조체.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌-비닐알코올 공중합체의 비누화도가 80몰% 이상인 다층 구조체.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌-비닐알코올 공중합체가 하기 구조 단위 (I) 및 (II)로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종을 갖고,
이들 구조 단위 (I) 또는 (II)의 전체 구조 단위에 대한 함유량이 0.5몰% 이상 30몰% 이하인 다층 구조체.
(식 (I) 중, R1, R2 및 R3은 각각 독립적으로 수소 원자, 탄소수 1 내지 10의 지방족 탄화수소기, 탄소수 3 내지 10의 지환식 탄화수소기, 탄소수 6 내지 10의 방향족 탄화수소기 또는 수산기를 나타낸다. 또한, R1, R2 및 R3 중의 한 쌍이 결합하고 있을 수 있다(단, R1, R2 및 R3 중의 한 쌍이 모두 수소 원자인 경우는 제외함). 또한, 상기 탄소수 1 내지 10의 지방족 탄화수소기, 탄소수 3 내지 10의 지환식 탄화수소기 또는 탄소수 6 내지 10의 방향족 탄화수소기는, 수산기, 카르복시기 또는 할로겐 원자를 가질 수 있다.
식 (II) 중, R4, R5, R6 및 R7은 각각 독립적으로 수소 원자, 탄소수 1 내지 10의 지방족 탄화수소기, 탄소수 3 내지 10의 지환식 탄화수소기, 탄소수 6 내지 10의 방향족 탄화수소기 또는 수산기를 나타낸다. 또한, R4와 R5 또는 R6과 R7은 결합하고 있을 수 있다(단, R4와 R5 또는 R6과 R7이 모두 수소 원자인 경우는 제외함). 또한, 상기 탄소수 1 내지 10의 지방족 탄화수소기, 탄소수 3 내지 10의 지환식 탄화수소기 또는 탄소수 6 내지 10의 방향족 탄화수소기는, 수산기, 알콕시기, 카르복시기 또는 할로겐 원자를 가질 수 있다.) - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 활성 에너지선이 전자선인 다층 구조체.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 전자선이 전자선 가속기에 의해 가속 전압 100㎸ 이상 500㎸ 이하, 조사선량 5kGy 이상 600kGy 이하로 조사되는 다층 구조체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 180℃로 15분간 가열 후에, JIS-K6854에 준거하여 23℃, 50% RH 분위기 하에서, 인장 속도 50㎜/분에 의한 T형 박리 시험에 의해서 측정되는 층간 박리 항력이 25N/25㎜ 이상인 다층 구조체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 다층 구조체를 포함하는 공기식 타이어용 이너 라이너.
- 제14항의 이너 라이너를 구비하는 공기식 타이어.
