- 기재의 일방의 면측에, 기능층이 적층되어 이루어지고, 기재의 다른 일방의 면측에, 평활화층 및 가스 배리어층이 이 순서로 적층되어 이루어지는, 장척의 가스 배리어성 적층체로서,
기능층의, 기재측과는 반대측의 면과, 가스 배리어층의, 기재측과는 반대측의 면의 정마찰 계수가, 0.35 ∼ 0.80 인 것을 특징으로 하는, 장척의 가스 배리어성 적층체. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
기능층의, 기재측과는 반대측의 면의, 산술 평균 거칠기 (Ra) 가 5 ㎚ 이상, 거칠기 곡선의 최대 단면 높이 (Rt) 가 100 ㎚ 이상이고,
가스 배리어층의, 기재측과는 반대측의 면의, 산술 평균 거칠기 (Ra) 가 5 ㎚ 이하, 거칠기 곡선의 최대 단면 높이 (Rt) 가 100 ㎚ 이하인, 장척의 가스 배리어성 적층체. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 기능층의, 기재측과는 반대측의 면과, 평활화층의, 기재측과는 반대측의 면의 정마찰 계수가 0.35 ∼ 0.80 인, 장척의 가스 배리어성 적층체. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 평활화층의, 기재측과는 반대측의 면의, 산술 평균 거칠기 (Ra) 가 5 ㎚ 이하, 거칠기 곡선의 최대 단면 높이 (Rt) 가 100 ㎚ 이하인, 장척의 가스 배리어성 적층체. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 기능층이, 활성 에너지선 경화형 수지 조성물의 경화물로 이루어지는 하드 코트층인, 장척의 가스 배리어성 적층체. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 평활화층이, 활성 에너지선 경화형 수지 조성물의 경화물로 이루어지는 것인, 장척의 가스 배리어성 적층체. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 가스 배리어층이, 폴리실라잔계 화합물을 포함하는 층을 개질 처리하여 얻어지는 층인, 장척의 가스 배리어성 적층체. - 제 1 항에 기재된 장척의 가스 배리어성 적층체의 제조 방법으로서,
기재용 수지 필름을 일정 방향으로 반송하면서, 상기 수지 필름 상에 평활화층을 형성한 후, 얻어진 평활화층이 형성된 수지 필름을 롤상으로 권취하는 스텝 (a-I),
스텝 (a-I) 에서 얻어진 평활화층이 형성된 수지 필름의 롤로부터 상기 수지 필름을 연속적으로 조출하고, 일정 방향으로 반송하면서, 평활화층이 형성된 수지 필름의 수지 필름 표면에, 기능층을 형성한 후, 얻어진 기능층 및 평활화층이 형성된 수지 필름을 롤상으로 권취하는 스텝 (a-II), 및,
스텝 (a-II) 에서 얻어진 기능층 및 평활화층이 형성된 수지 필름의 롤로부터 상기 수지 필름을 연속적으로 조출하고, 일정 방향으로 반송하면서, 기능층 및 평활화층이 형성된 수지 필름의 평활화층 표면에, 기능층과의 정마찰 계수가 0.35 ∼ 0.80 인 가스 배리어층을 형성한 후, 얻어진 가스 배리어성 적층체를 롤상으로 권취하는 스텝 (a-III) 을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 장척의 가스 배리어성 적층체의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 기재된 장척의 가스 배리어성 적층체의 제조 방법으로서,
기재용 수지 필름을 일정 방향으로 반송하면서, 상기 수지 필름 상에 기능층을 형성한 후, 얻어진 기능층이 형성된 수지 필름을 롤상으로 권취하는 스텝 (b-I),
스텝 (b-I) 에서 얻어진 기능층이 형성된 수지 필름의 롤로부터 상기 수지 필름을 연속적으로 조출하고, 일정 방향으로 반송하면서, 기능층이 형성된 수지 필름의 수지 필름 표면에, 평활화층을 형성한 후, 얻어진 기능층 및 평활화층이 형성된 수지 필름을 롤상으로 권취하는 스텝 (b-II), 및,
스텝 (b-II) 에서 얻어진 롤상의 기능층 및 평활화층이 형성된 수지 필름으로부터 상기 수지 필름을 연속적으로 조출하고, 일정 방향으로 반송하면서, 기능층 및 평활화층이 형성된 수지 필름의 평활화층 표면에, 기능층과의 정마찰 계수가 0.35 ∼ 0.80 인 가스 배리어층을 형성한 후, 얻어진 가스 배리어성 적층체를 롤상으로 권취하는 스텝 (b-III) 을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 장척의 가스 배리어성 적층체의 제조 방법.
