Abstract
따라서 인슐린 저항성의 조기 진단이 가능하고, 혈액 내의 혈당 및 인슐린 농도를 정량적으로 계량하여 수치적으로 인슐린 저항성을 판단하여 표시할 수 있으므로, 인슐린 저항성이 인슐린 저항성 신드롬으로 진행되는 병의 예후를 정확하게 진단할 수 있다.

도 2는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 인슐린 저항성 진단장치의 구성을 나타낸 블록도이다.

Claims (12)
- 외주로 파지가 가능하며 내부에 공간이 형성된 하우징;
상기 하우징 외측으로 돌출되는 부도체기판과, 상기 부도체기판 상에 구비되는 단백질전극센서와, 상기 단백질전극센서와 독립되어 구비되는 혈당전극센서와, 상기 단백질전극센서 및 혈당전극센서의 일측에서 연장되는 회로기판을 구비하고 검체 대상 혈액이 적하되어 상기 혈액 내의 혈당과 단백질을 검출하는 센서부;
상기 하우징 내부에 구비되고, 상기 센서부에서 검출된 혈당과 단백질의 농도에 따른 전기적 신호를 증폭하여 디지털 신호로 변환하고 인슐린 저항성의 정상여부를 판단하는 진단부; 및
상기 하우징 외주 표면에 구비되고, 상기 진단부에서 분석된 인슐린 저항성의 정상여부를 표시하는 디스플레이부를 포함하는 휴대용 인슐린 저항성 진단장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 하우징 내부 일측에 형성되며, 상기 진단부에서 판단된 인슐린 저항성 값을 외부의 개인건강정보서버로 전송하는 통신부를 더 포함하는 휴대용 인슐린 저항성 진단장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 디스플레이부는, 상기 진단부에서 분석된 인슐린 저항성의 정상여부와 함께 상기 센서부에서 검출된 혈당 및 단백질의 농도를 각각 표시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대용 인슐린 저항성 진단장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 단백질은 인슐린(insulin) 또는 c-펩타이드(c-peptide)인 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대용 인슐린 저항성 진단장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 단백질전극센서는, 혈액이 주입되는 유입구와, 상기 유입된 혈액에서 혈장을 분리하는 마이크로플루이딕칩(microfluidics chip)과, 상기 혈장에 나노입자와 완충용액을 첨가하는 주입웰과, 임피던스 면역센서(impedance immunosensor)를 포함하는 휴대용 인슐린 저항성 진단장치. - 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 임피던스 면역센서는, 금이 도핑된 전극과, 상기 전극의 표면에 고정된 단백질 G 다합체(protein G mulitimer)와, 단백질 G 다합체에 부착된 항인슐린(anti-insulin) 항체와, 상기 금나노입자가 결합된 인슐린 항원을 포함하는 휴대용 인슐린 저항성 진단장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 혈당전극센서는, 혈액이 주입되는 유입구와, 상기 유입된 혈액에서 혈장을 분리하는 마이크로플루이딕칩(microfluidics chip)과, 혈장 내의 글루코즈(glucose)이 산화되어 발생되는 전류의 변화를 측정하는 암페로메트리센서(amperometry sensor)를 포함하는 휴대용 인슐린 저항성 진단장치. - 청구항 8에 있어서,
상기 마이크로컨트롤유닛은 상기 수학식의 결과값이 3을 초과하는 경우에 인슐린 저항성을 비정상으로 판정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대용 인슐린 저항성 진단장치. - 검체 대상에서 혈액을 채혈하는 단계;
상기 채혈된 혈액을 통하여 혈액 내의 혈당과 단백질을 검출하는 단계;
상기 혈당과 단백질의 농도에 따라 전기적 신호를 발생시키고, 상기 전기적 신호를 디지털 신호로 변환하여 인슐린 저항성의 정상여부를 판단하는 단계; 및
상기 인슐린의 저항성의 정상여부를 표시하는 단계를 포함하는 인슐린 저항성 진단방법. - 청구항 10에 있어서,
상기 혈당과 단백질을 검출하는 단계는,
상기 혈액을 마이크로플루이딕칩(microfluidics chip)을 이용하여 혈장을 분리하는 단계;
상기 분리된 혈장을 암페로메트리센서(amperometry sensor)에 통과시켜 전기적 신호를 발생시키는 단계; 및
상기 혈액에서 분리된 혈장에 금나노입자와 완충용액을 첨가하고 임피던스 면역센서를 통과시켜 전기적 신호를 발생시키는 단계를 포함하는 인슐린 저항성 진단방법.
