Claims (7)
- 크렙시엘라 뉴모니아(Klebsiella pneumonia) 유래의 퀴놀린산 신타아제(quinolinate synthase) 활성을 가지도록 형질전환된, 퀴놀린산 생산능을 갖는 에스케리키아 속 미생물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 크렙시엘라 뉴모니아 유래의 퀴놀린산 신타아제는 서열번호 1로 표시되는 아미노산 서열을 가지는, 퀴놀린산 생산능을 갖는 에스케리키아 속 미생물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 크렙시엘라 뉴모니아 유래의 퀴놀린산 신타아제를 코딩하는 폴리뉴클레오티드는 서열번호 2로 표시되는 염기 서열을 가지는, 퀴놀린산 생산능을 갖는 에스케리키아 속 미생물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에스케리키아 속 미생물은 추가적으로 L-아스파르트산 산화효소의 활성이 내재적 활성에 비해 강화된, 퀴놀린산 생산능을 갖는 에스케리키아 속 미생물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에스케리키아 속 미생물은 추가적으로 퀴놀린산 포스포리보실트랜스퍼라아제(quinolinate phosphoribosyltransferase)의 활성이 내재적 활성에 비해 약화된, 퀴놀린산 생산능을 갖는 에스케리키아 속 미생물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에스케리키아 속 미생물은 대장균인 것인, 퀴놀린산 생산능을 갖는 에스케리키아 속 미생물.
- (a) 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항의 미생물을 배지에서 배양하는 단계; 및
(b) 상기 (a) 단계의 미생물, 배지 또는 둘 다에서 퀴놀린산을 수득하는 단계를 포함하는, 퀴놀린산을 생산하는 방법.
