Claims (15)
- a) α,β-에틸렌성 불포화 니트릴 단위 10 중량% 내지 60 중량%, 바람직하게 20 중량% 내지 50 중량%, 더 바람직하게 34 중량% 내지 43 중량%,
b) 공액 디엔 단위 31 중량% 내지 89.0 중량%, 바람직하게 42 중량% 내지 78.75 중량%, 더 바람직하게 49 중량% 내지 64.5 중량% 및
c) α,β-에틸렌성 불포화 모노카르복시산 모노에스테르 단위,
α,β-에틸렌성 불포화 디카르복시산 모노에스테르 단위,
α,β-에틸렌성 불포화 디카르복시산 디에스테르 단위 및
α,β-에틸렌성 불포화 카르복사미드 단위
로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는, 카르보닐 기를 함유하는 하나 이상의 α,β-에틸렌성 불포화 단량체 단위 1 중량% 내지 9 중량%, 바람직하게 1.25 중량% 내지 8 중량%, 더 바람직하게 1.5 중량% 내지 8 중량%
를 포함하고,
- 본원 명세서에 기재된 시험 방법에 의해 측정된 유리 전이 온도가 -20 ℃ 미만, 바람직하게 -23 ℃ 미만, 더 바람직하게 -25 ℃ 미만이고,
- 본원 명세서에 기재된 시험 방법에 의해 측정된 오일 팽윤(oil swelling)이 20 % 이하, 바람직하게 18 % 이하, 더 바람직하게 15 % 이하
인 것을 특징으로 하는,
니트릴 기를 함유하는 관능화 공중합체 고무. - 제1항에 있어서, 공액 디엔 단위(b)의 수소화 정도가 50 % 이상, 바람직하게 75 % 이상, 더 바람직하게 85 % 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는, 니트릴 기를 함유하는 관능화 공중합체 고무.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, α,β-에틸렌성 불포화 니트릴 단위(a)가 바람직하게 아크릴로니트릴, 메타크릴로니트릴, 에타크릴로니트릴 또는 그의 혼합물, 가장 바람직하게 아크릴로니트릴인 것을 특징으로 하는, 니트릴 기를 함유하는 관능화 공중합체 고무.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 공액 디엔 단위(b)가 1,3-부타디엔, 이소프렌, 2,3-디메틸부타디엔, 1,3-펜타디엔(피페릴렌) 또는 그의 혼합물, 바람직하게 1,3-부타디엔인 것을 특징으로 하는, 니트릴 기를 함유하는 관능화 공중합체 고무.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 카르보닐 기를 함유하는 α,β-에틸렌성 불포화 단량체 단위(c)가 메톡시에틸 (메트)아크릴레이트, 2-에틸헥실 (메트)아크릴레이트 또는 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 (메트)아크릴레이트, 바람직하게 1 내지 20 개의 반복 에틸렌 글리콜 단위를 갖는 메톡시 또는 에톡시 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 (메트)아크릴레이트, 바람직하게 1 내지 7 개의 반복 에틸렌 글리콜 단위를 갖는 메톡시 또는 에톡시 히드록시 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 (메트)아크릴레이트로부터 유래되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 니트릴 기를 함유하는 관능화 공중합체 고무.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 카르보닐 기를 함유하는 α,β-에틸렌성 불포화 단량체 단위(c)가 하기 일반식(I)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 니트릴 기를 함유하는 관능화 공중합체 고무:

R1은 수소, 분지형 또는 비분지형 C1-C18-알킬, 바람직하게 메틸, 에틸, 부틸 또는 2-에틸헥실, 아릴, 바람직하게 C6-C14-아릴, 시클로알킬, 바람직하게 C3-C18-시클로알킬, 시아노알킬, 바람직하게 C1-C18-시아노알킬, 히드록시알킬, 바람직하게 C1-C18-히드록시알킬, 아미노알킬, 바람직하게 C1-C18 아미노알킬, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 라디칼, 바람직하게 1 내지 20 개의 반복 에틸렌 글리콜 단위를 갖는 메톡시 또는 에톡시 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 라디칼, 가장 바람직하게 1 내지 7 개의 반복 에틸렌 글리콜 단위를 갖는 메톡시 또는 에톡시 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 라디칼이고,
R2, R3 및 R4는 각각 독립적으로 수소, 알킬, 바람직하게 C1-C20-알킬, 더 바람직하게 C1-C4-알킬, 가장 바람직하게 메틸 또는 에틸이고,
A는 -CH2이고,
n은 1 내지 18, 바람직하게 1 내지 6, 더 바람직하게 1임. - 카르보닐 기 및 니트릴 기를 함유하는 관능화성 공중합체 고무가
(I) 먼저 알콜, 에폭시드 또는 아민, 더 바람직하게 알콜 또는 에폭시드로 관능화되고, 그 다음
(II) 수소화되는
것을 특징으로 하는, 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 니트릴 기를 함유하는 관능화 공중합체 고무의 제조 방법. - 카르보닐 기 및 니트릴 기를 함유하는 관능화성 공중합체 고무가
(I) 먼저 수소화되고, 그 다음
(II) 알콜, 에폭시드 또는 아민, 더 바람직하게 알콜 및 에폭시드로 관능화되는
것을 특징으로 하는, 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 니트릴 기를 함유하는 관능화 공중합체 고무의 제조 방법. - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 니트릴 기를 함유하는 관능화 공중합체 고무 및 하나 이상의 가교제를 포함하는 가황성 혼합물.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 니트릴 기를 함유하는 공중합체 고무를 하나 이상의 가황화제와 혼합하는, 제9항에 따른 가황성 혼합물 제조 방법.
- 제9항에 따른 가황성 혼합물이 바람직하게 100 ℃ 내지 200 ℃ 범위의 온도, 더 바람직하게 120 ℃ 내지 200 ℃ 범위의 온도, 가장 바람직하게 130 ℃ 내지 200 ℃에서 가황화되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 니트릴 기를 함유하는 관능화 공중합체 고무 기재의, 바람직하게 성형물의 형태인 가황물의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 니트릴 기를 함유하는 관능화 공중합체 고무 기재의 가황물.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 니트릴 기를 함유하는 관능화 공중합체 고무의, 바람직하게 압출 및 사출 성형 공정을 통한, 성형물 제조를 위한 용도.
- 제10항에 따른 니트릴 기를 함유하는 관능화 공중합체 고무의, 벨트, 롤러, 신발 부품, 가스켓, 호스, 감쇠(damping) 부품, 스테이터(stator) 또는 케이블 외피(cable sheath), 바람직하게 구동 벨트의 제조를 위한 용도.
- 제11항에 따른 방법에 의해 얻을 수 있는 성형물.
