Claims (5)
- 대상물을 두드리는 해머부와,
상기 해머부가 대상물을 두드리는 것에 의해 발생하는 진동을 검출하는 검출부와,
상기 검출부에서 검출된 진동에 근거하여, 상기 해머부의 1회의 두드리는 동작에 대하여 상기 해머부가 대상물에 충돌한 횟수를 연산하는 연산부와,
상기 연산부가 연산하는 횟수에 근거하여, 대상물의 양부를 판정하는 판정부를 포함하는, 검사장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 검출부는, 상기 해머부의 선단부에 설치할 수 있는 압전소자인, 검사장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 연산부는, 1차 충돌한 시간을 연산하는 제1 충돌연산부와, 2차 충돌의 유무를 연산하는 제2 충돌연산부를 포함하고,
상기 제1 충돌연산부는, 상기 검출부에서 검출된 진동들 중에, 가장 큰 진동강도를 1차 충돌로 하여 연산하고,
상기 제2 충돌연산부는, 1차 충돌로부터 설정시간 내에 있어서 가장 큰 진동강도를 검출하고, 해당 진동강도가 설정값보다 큰 경우에, 2차 충돌이 있다고 판정하는 한편, 해당 진동강도가 설정값보다 작은 경우, 2차 충돌이 없다고 판정하고,
상기 판정부는, 상기 제2 충돌연산부가 2차 충돌이 없다고 판정한 경우에, 대상물을 '부(否)'로 판정하는, 검사장치. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 연산부는, 3차 충돌의 유무를 연산하는 제3 충돌연산부를 더 포함하고,
상기 제3 충돌연산부는, 상기 제2 충돌연산부가 2차 충돌이 있다고 판정한 경우에, 2차 충돌로부터 설정시간 내에 있어서 가장 큰 진동강도를 검출하고, 해당 진동강도가 설정값보다 큰 경우에, 3차 충돌이 있다고 판정하는 한편, 해당 진동강도가 설정값보다 작은 경우에, 3차 충돌이 없다고 판정하고,
상기 판정부는, 상기 제3 충돌연산부가 3차 충돌이 없다고 판정하는 경우에, 대상물을 '부(否)'로 판정하는, 검사장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 연산부는, 상기 검출부에서 검출된 진동의 진동강도가, 설정값을 초과한 횟수를 충돌횟수로 하여 연산하고,
상기 판정부는, 상기 연산부에서 연산된 충돌횟수가 설정횟수 이상인 경우에, 대상물을 '양(良)'으로 판정하고, 상기 연산부에서 연산된 충돌횟수가 설정횟수 미만인 경우에, 대상물을 '부(否)'로 판정하는, 검사장치.
