Claims (7)
- 경질 우레탄변성폴리에스터 10~20 중량%, 연질 우레탄변성폴리에스터 5~20 중량%, 폴리카프로락톤 1~10 중량%, 고분자 수지 20~50 중량%, 체질안료 0.1~20 중량% 및 용제 15~50 중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고탄성 중도 도료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 연질 우레탄변성폴리에스터는 방향족 디이소시아네이트의 첨가에 의해 형성된 소프트 세그먼트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고탄성 중도 도료 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 방향족 디이소시아네이트의 첨가량은 5 내지 10 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 고탄성 중도 도료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 고분자 수지는 B.I(Blocked Isocyanate), 에폭시 수지 및 멜라민으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 고탄성 중도 도료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 체질안료는 BaSO4인 것을 특징으로 하는 고탄성 중도 도료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 용제는 방향족 탄화수소계, 에스터계 또는 이 둘의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 고탄성 중도 도료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 중도 도료 조성물에 유기안료 0.1~10 중량%, 이산화티탄 0.01~1 중량%, 표면조정제 0.1~1 중량%, 분산제 0.1~1 중량%, 저장안정제 0.1~1 중량% 및 후막화첨가제 0.1~5 중량%를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고탄성 중도 도료 조성물.
