Abstract
본 발명에 따르면, 호기성 미생물의 활성화를 극대화시켜 유기성 폐기물 분해처리시 생성되는 침출수를 단기간에 고효율적으로 분해하여 정화시킬 수 있고, 정화율이 높아 저렴한 비용으로 친환경적인 토양 살포용 액체 비료로 전환시킬 수 있는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.

Claims (3)
- 유기성 폐기물 분해과정에서 발생되는 침출수를 정화처리하는 방법에 있어서;
침출수저장조에 저장된 침출수를 교반조로 공급하고, 교반조로 유입된 침출수에 소취제를 투입한 다음 교반하여 냄새 제거 및 침출수에 함유된 슬러지가 뭉치지 않고 고르게 분산되도록 처리하는 침출수 교반단계;
소취되고 교반된 침출수를 제1폭기조로 공급받아 침출수 속에 충분한 산소를 공급하면서 호기성 미생물을 액비 상태로 뿌려 호기성 미생물을 활성화시켜 침출수에 함유된 유기물을 발효 분해하는 제1폭기단계;
제1폭기단계를 통해 생성된 1차 정화수를 제2폭기조로 공급받아 지속적인 산소공급을 통해 발효 상태를 안정화시키는 제2폭기단계;
제2폭기단계를 통해 생성된 2차 정화수를 고액분리조에서 고체성분과 액체성분으로 분리하는 고액분리단계;
고액분리된 2차 정화수를 제1살균조로 공급하되, 하단유입 상단배출 방식인 역S 형태로 공급하면서 내부에 설치된 자외선램프와, 역S 형태를 만드는 유로형성판의 상하면에 코팅된 이산화티탄을 통해 자외선, 광산화반응 양자를 통해 2차 정화수를 살균하는 제1살균단계;
제1살균단계를 통해 살균된 3차 정화수를 파이프형 하우징으로 이루어진 제2살균조로 공급하되, 제2살균조 내주면에 설치된 전자빔조사기를 통해 전자빔을 조사하여 미처리된 균을 살균처리하는 제2살균단계;
제2살균단계를 통해 살균된 4차 정화수를 pH조절조로 유입시킨 후 pH조절제를 투입하여 중성으로 만들어 토양 산성화를 방지하는 pH조절단계;를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기성 폐기물에서 발생되는 침출수 처리방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서;
상기 고액분리단계에서 분리된 고체성분인 슬러지는 응집제와 반응하여 응집된 후 케이크 형태로 가공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기성 폐기물에서 발생되는 침출수 처리방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서;
상기 제1,2폭기조 내부에는 폭기용 버블을 에어펄스 형태로 부스팅시켜 공급하되, 버블을 형성하는 노즐이 노즐을 고정하는 수직분기관에 대해 슬라이딩 방식으로 유동되게 구성되어 에어펄스에 따라 슬라이딩되면서 버블을 분사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기성 폐기물에서 발생되는 침출수 처리방법.
