Claims (19)
- 열교환기용 관으로서, 상기 관의 적어도 일 부분은 길이 방향으로 변하는 단면을 가지며, 단면적은 관의 외측 단부 가까이에서의 최대 값에서부터 관의 반대쪽 외측 단부 가까이에서의 최소 값까지 감소하는 열교환기용 관.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 단면의 둘레 형상은 관의 길이 방향으로 변하는 열교환기용 관. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 단면의 둘레와 면적의 비는 관의 외측 단부 가까이에서의 최소 값에서부터 관의 반대쪽 외측 단부 가까이에서의 최대 값까지 증가하는 열교환기용 관. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 단면의 둘레와 면적의 비는 상기 단면적이 감소하는 관의 방향으로 증가하는 열교환기용 관. - 제 2 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
일 외측 단부 가까이에서의 둘레 형상은 실질적으로 둥글고 다른 외측 단부 가까이에서는 실질적으로 평평한 형태를 갖는 열교환기용 관. - 제 2 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 일 외측 단부 가까이에서의 둘레 형상은 실질적으로 둥글고 다른 외측 단부 가까이에서는 실질적으로 별 형상으로 되어 있는 열교환기용 관. - 제 2 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 단면의 면적 및/또는 둘레 형상의 변화는 상기 관의 벽의 적어도 일 부분을 변형시켜 얻어지는 열교환기용 관. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 관의 각 단면에 대해, 단면을 둘러싸는 선이 규정되며, 포락선은 관의 길이를 따라 실질적으로 동일한 열교환기용 관. - 제 6 항 또는 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 가변적인 둘레 형상은 관 벽의 적어도 하나의 내향 접힘 부분에 의해 형성되는 열교환기용 관. - 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 단면의 면적 및/또는 둘레 형상의 변화는 실질적으로 점진적인 열교환기용 관. - 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른, 제 1 매체를 위한 적어도 하나의 관을 가지며, 적어도 하나의 관은 관을 따라 흐르는 제 2 매체와 열교환 접촉을 하는 열교환기.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,
상기 적어도 하나의 관은 상기 제 2 매체가 흐르는 하우징 안에 수용되는 열교환기. - 제 11 항 또는 제 12 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 매체는 가열 매체이고, 상기 적어도 하나의 관은 열원에 연결되어 있으며, 상기 제 2 매체는 열흡수 매체인 열교환기. - 제 13 항에 있어서,
상기 단면적이 최대이고/최대이거나 단면의 둘레와 면적의 비가 최소 값을 갖는 상기 적어도 하나의 관의 외측 단부는 상기 열원에 연결되어 있는 열교환기. - 제 12 항 내지 제 14 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 하우징은 제 1 측면에 또는 제 1 측면 가까이에 형성되어 있는 제 2 매체용 유입 개구 및 제 2 측면에 또는 제 2 측면 가까이에 형성되어 있는 제 2 매체용 유출 개구를 가지며, 다수의 관이 상기 하우징 안에서 실질적으로 병렬로 배치되어 있고 상기 유입 개구와 유출 개구를 서로 연결하는 선에 대해 각도를 형성하는 열교환기. - 제 15 항에 있어서,
상기 유입 개구와 유출 개구를 갖는 하우징은 중앙 가열 장치 내 회로의 일부분을 형성하고, 상기 관은 가열 버너의 연도관의 일 부분을 형성하는 열교환기. - 제 15 항에 있어서,
상기 유입 개구와 유출 개구를 갖는 하우징은 수돗물 관의 일 부분을 형성하고, 상기 관은 가열 버너의 연도관의 일 부분을 형성하는 열교환기. - 가열 버너, 하나 이상의 공간을 따라 연장되어 있고 매체가 순환하는 회로, 및 상기 버너와 회로를 서로 연결하는 제 12 항 내지 제 16 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 열교환기를 포함하는 중앙 가열 장치.
- 가열 버너, 물 공급원에서부터 인출점까지 연장되어 있는 물 도관, 및 상기 버너와 물 도관을 서로 연결하는 제 12 항 내지 제 16 항 또는 제 17 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 열교환기를 포함하는 수돗물 시스템.
