Claims (15)
- 티타니아로 코팅된 운모-계 광물을 함유하는 고 불투명성 백색 잉크.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 운모-계 광물이 티타니아로 코팅된 운모를 포함하는, 고 불투명성 백색 잉크. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 운모-계 광물이 0.2 내지 5 ㎛의 입자 크기를 갖는, 고 불투명성 백색 잉크. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 운모-계 광물이, 라텍스-계 수지, 폴리에틸렌-계 수지, 폴리에스터-계 수지, 폴리우레탄-계 수지 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 중합체성 수지에 의해 부동태화된, 고 불투명성 백색 잉크. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 라텍스-계 수지가, 스티렌, 부틸 아크릴레이트, 메틸 메타크릴레이트, 헥실 아크릴레이트, 헥실 메타크릴레이트, 2-에틸헥실 아크릴레이트, 2-에틸헥실 메타크릴레이트, 글리시딜 메타크릴레이트, 메타크릴로니트릴, 아크릴산 및 메타크릴산, 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 잔기(moiety)를 갖는 라텍스 중합체를 포함하는, 고 불투명성 백색 잉크. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
탄화수소-계 캐리어 유체 중에 상기 운모-계 광물을 포함하는 고 불투명성 백색 잉크. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 캐리어 유체가 이소파라핀계 액체인, 고 불투명성 백색 잉크. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
불투명도가 40% 이상인 고 불투명성 백색 잉크. - 티타니아를 갖는 운모-계 광물을 제공하는 단계; 및
상기 운모-계 광물을 투명 수지 페이스트에 혼입하여 페이스트 농축물을 형성하는 단계
를 포함하는, 고 불투명성 백색 잉크의 제조 방법. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 운모-계 광물은 티타니아로 코팅된 합성 운모를 포함하는, 방법. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 혼입 단계 전에, 상기 운모-계 광물을, 라텍스-계 수지, 폴리에틸렌-계 수지, 폴리에스터-계 수지, 폴리우레탄-계 수지 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 중합체성 수지에 의해 부동태화시키는, 방법. - 제 11 항에 있어서,
