Claims (20)
- 렌즈를 지지하기 위한 프레임 조립체를 포함하는 안경류로, 여기서 상기 프레임 조립체의 적어도 일부분은 열가소성 조성물로부터 형성되는 중합체 물질을 포함하되, 상기 열가소성 조성물은 매트릭스 중합체를 포함하는 연속상을 함유하고, 여기서 마이크로내포 첨가제 및 나노내포 첨가제가 이산 도메인의 형태로 상기 연속상 내에 분산되어 있고, 여기서 다공성 망이 상기 물질 내에 정의되는, 안경류.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 프레임 조립체는 대향하는 단부 영역들 사이에 위치하는 중앙 영역을 정의하는 렌즈 지지부, 및 상기 지지부의 상기 대향하는 단부 영역들로부터 연장되는 아암들을 포함하는, 안경류.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 렌즈 지지부의 적어도 일부분은 상기 중합체 물질을 포함하는, 안경류.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 프레임 조립체는 상기 지지부의 중앙 영역에 인접하여 위치되는 브릿지를 더 포함하는, 안경류.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 브릿지의 적어도 일부분은 상기 중합체 물질을 포함하는, 안경류.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 아암들의 적어도 일부분은 상기 중합체 물질을 포함하는, 안경류.
- 제2항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 렌즈가 상기 렌즈 지지부의 중앙 영역에 인접하여 위치되는, 안경류.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 물질의 평균 포어 부피는 약 15% 내지 약 80%/cm3, 바람직하게는 약 20% 내지 약 70%, 보다 바람직하게는 약 30% 내지 약 60%/cm3인, 안경류.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 물질의 밀도는, 약 1.2g/cm3 이하, 바람직하게는 약 1.0g/cm3 이하, 보다 바람직하게는 약 0.2g/cm3 내지 약 0.8g/cm3, 보다 바람직하게는 약 0.1g/cm3 내지 약 0.5g/cm3인, 안경류.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 물질의 탄성계수는 약 2500MPa 이하, 바람직하게는 약 2200MPa 이하, 더욱 바람직하게는 약 50MPa 내지 약 2000MPa, 더욱 바람직하게는 약 100MPa 내지 약 1000MPa인, 안경류.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 망은 약 800nm 이하, 바람직하게는 약 10 내지 약 100nm의 평균 단면 치수를 가지는 복수의 나노포어를 포함하는, 안경류.
- 제11에 있어서, 상기 다공성 망은 마이크로포어를 더 포함하는, 안경류.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연속상은 상기 열가소성 조성물의 약 60중량% 내지 약 99중량%을 구성하는, 안경류.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 매트릭스 중합체는 폴리에스테르 또는 폴리올레핀을 포함하는, 안경류.
- 제14에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르는 약 0℃ 이상의 유리 전이 온도를 갖는, 안경류.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 마이크로내포 첨가제는 폴리올레핀을 포함하는, 안경류.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 매트릭스 중합체를 위한 용해도 파라미터 대 상기 마이크로내포 첨가제의 용해도 파라미터의 비는 약 0.5 내지 약 1.5이고, 상기 매트릭스 중합체의 용융 유속 대 상기 마이크로내포 첨가제의 용융 유속의 비는 약 0.2 내지 약 8이고, 그리고/또는 상기 매트릭스 중합체의 영률 탄성 계수 대 상기 마이크로내포 첨가제의 영률 탄성 계수의 비는 약 1 내지 약 250인, 안경류.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 나노내포 첨가제는 폴리에폭시드인, 안경류.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 마이크로내포 첨가제는 상기 연속상의 중량에 기초하여 상기 조성물의 약 1중량% 내지 약 30중량%를 구성하고, 그리고/또는 상기 나노내포 첨가제는 상기 연속상의 중량에 기초하여 상기 조성물의 약 0.05중량% 내지 약 20중량%를 구성하는, 안경류.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 조성물은 간기 개질제를 더 포함하는, 안경류.
