Abstract

본 발명의 목적은 홀 내부의 직경 편차 없이 긴 길이의 홀을 가공할 수 있는 홀 가공방법 및 이때 이용되는 지그 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 지그 장치는 가공대상물에 대한 드릴링 가공시 가공대상물을 고정하기 위한 것으로, 가공대상물의 일단부가 체결 및 고정되는 고정부와, 고정부로부터 가공대상물의 길이 방향으로 이격되며, 가공대상물의 타단부가 체결 및 고정되는 보조고정부와, 고정부, 보조고정부 및 가공대상물이 함께 회전되도록, 고정부에 회전력을 전달하는 구동부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a hole machining method capable of machining a hole having a long length without a diameter deviation in the hole and a jig device used at this time.
