Claims (20)
- 흡수성 수지 및 킬레이트제를 포함하고, JIS 표준 체로 규정되는 입자 직경이 300㎛ 미만인 입자와 300㎛ 이상 850㎛ 미만인 입자를 포함하는 흡수성 수지를 주성분으로 하는 입자상 흡수제이며,
상기 킬레이트제의 함유량이 흡수성 수지 고형분 100중량부에 대하여 0.001 내지 5중량부이고, 또한 식 (1)을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수성 수지를 주성분으로 하는 입자상 흡수제.

또한, 식 (1) 중, C1은 입자상 흡수제를 구성하는 입자 중, JIS 표준 체로 규정되는 입자 직경이 300㎛ 미만인 입자 중에 존재하는 킬레이트제의 함유량(ppm), C2는 입자상 흡수제를 구성하는 입자 중, JIS 표준 체로 규정되는 입자 직경이 300㎛ 이상 850㎛ 미만인 입자 중에 존재하는 킬레이트제의 함유량(ppm)을 각각 나타낸다. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 킬레이트제의 함유량이 흡수성 수지 고형분 100중량부에 대하여 0.03 내지 0.9중량부인 입자상 흡수제.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 킬레이트제가 아미노 다가 카르복실산, 유기 다가 인산, 무기 다가 인산, 아미노 다가 인산 및 트로폴론 유도체로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종 이상의 화합물인 입자상 흡수제.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
1) JIS 표준 체로 규정되는 입자 직경이 300㎛ 미만인 입자의 가용분 열화 증가량이 0 내지 15중량% 이고, 또한
2) JIS 표준 체로 규정되는 입자 직경이 300㎛ 이상 850㎛ 미만인 입자의 가용분 열화 증가량이 0 내지 20중량%인 입자상 흡수제.
또한, 상기 가용분 열화 증가량은 식 (2)로 정의되는 값이고, 식 (2) 중 열화 시험액은 L-아스코르브산이 0.1중량% 첨가된 생리 식염수를 가리킨다.
가용분 열화 증가량(중량%)=(열화 시험액에서의 1시간 가용분)-(생리 식염수에서의 1시간 가용분) … (2) - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, JIS 표준 체로 규정되는 입자 직경이 150㎛ 이상 850㎛ 미만인 입자의 비율이 90중량% 이상이고, 또한
JIS 표준 체로 규정되는 입자 직경이 300㎛ 미만인 입자와 300㎛ 이상 850㎛ 미만인 입자의 중량비가 70:30 내지 10:90인 입자상 흡수제. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 무기 환원제를 더 포함하는 입자상 흡수제.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 무기 환원제가 환원성 황 원자를 갖는 무기 환원제인 입자상 흡수제.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수불용성 무기 미립자를 더 포함하는 입자상 흡수제.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수용성 탈취제를 더 포함하는 입자상 흡수제.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 다가 금속염 및/또는 양이온성 중합체를 더 포함하는 입자상 흡수제.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리올을 더 포함하는 입자상 흡수제.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 철 이온을 더 포함하고, 당해 철 이온의 함유량이 0.001 내지 2ppm인 입자상 흡수제.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 입자상 흡수제의, 생리 식염수에 대한 함수율 보정 후의 무가압하 흡수 배율(CRC)이 30(g/g) 이상이고, 생리 식염수에 대한 함수율 보정 후의 2.06kPa 가압하에서의 가압하 흡수 배율(AAP)이 20(g/g) 이상인 입자상 흡수제.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 180℃, 3시간의 건조 감량으로부터 구해지는 함수율이 0.5 내지 15중량%인 입자상 흡수제.
- 흡수성 수지 및 킬레이트제를 포함하고, JIS 표준 체로 규정되는 입자 직경이 300㎛ 미만인 입자와 300㎛ 이상 850㎛ 미만인 입자를 포함하는 흡수성 수지를 주성분으로 하는 입자상 흡수제의 제조 방법이며,
상기 킬레이트제의 함유량이 흡수성 수지 고형분 100중량부에 대하여 0.001 내지 5중량부이고, 또한 식 (1)을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수성 수지를 주성분으로 하는 입자상 흡수제의 제조 방법.

또한, 식 (1) 중, C1은 입자상 흡수제를 구성하는 입자 중, JIS 표준 체로 규정되는 입자 직경이 300㎛ 미만인 입자 중에 존재하는 킬레이트제의 함유량(ppm), C2는 입자상 흡수제를 구성하는 입자 중, JIS 표준 체로 규정되는 입자 직경이 300㎛ 이상 850㎛ 미만인 입자 중에 존재하는 킬레이트제의 함유량(ppm)을 각각 나타낸다. - 제15항에 있어서, 표면 가교된 흡수성 수지에 킬레이트제를 첨가하여, 그의 중량 평균 입자 직경(D50)을 상승시킨 흡수성 수지 조립물을 얻는 공정, 및
당해 흡수성 수지 조립물을 해쇄하여, 그의 중량 평균 입자 직경(D50)을 5% 이상 저하시켜 입자상 흡수제를 얻는 공정을 포함하는 제조 방법. - 제15항에 있어서, 표면 가교된 흡수성 수지를 상이한 복수의 입도로 분급하는 공정,
상기 상이한 복수의 입도마다 킬레이트제를 첨가하는 공정, 및
상기 킬레이트제 첨가 후의 복수의 흡수성 수지를 재혼합하여 입자상 흡수제를 얻는 공정을 포함하는 제조 방법. - 제15항 내지 제17항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 킬레이트제가 물 및 친수성 유기 용매를 포함하는 혼합 용매에 용해 및/또는 분산된 상태에서 흡수성 수지 입자에 첨가되는 제조 방법.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 친수성 유기 용매가 폴리올인 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 입자상 흡수제를 포함하는 흡수성 물품.
