Claims (7)
- 원심 주조법에 의해 형성된 외층과, 덕타일 주철로 이루어지는 내층이 용착 일체화되어 이루어지는 원심 주조제 열간 압연용 복합 롤로서,
상기 외층이 질량 기준으로, C: 1∼3%, Si: 0.4∼3%, Mn: 0.3∼3%, Ni: 1∼5%, Cr: 2∼7%, Mo: 3∼8%, V: 3∼7%, 및 B: 0.01∼0.12%를 함유하고, 잔부가 Fe 및 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지는 화학 조성을 가지고,
또한, 하기 식(1):
Cr/(Mo+0.5W)< -2/3[C-0.2(V+1.19Nb)]+11/6 … (1)
로 표시되는 관계(단, 임의 성분인 W 및 Nb를 함유하지 않은 경우, W=0 및 Nb=0임)를 만족시키고, 면적율로 1∼15%의 MC 탄화물, 0.5∼20%의 탄소붕화물, 및 0.5∼20%의 Mo계 탄화물
을 함유하는 원심 주조제 열간 압연용 복합 롤. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 외층이 3 질량% 이하의 Nb 및 4 질량% 이하의 W를 더 함유하는, 원심 주조제 열간 압연용 복합 롤. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
