Claims (15)
- 유동 매체를 가열하는 가열 시스템을 위한 가열 시스템 구성요소(100, 700, 900)에 있어서,
상기 가열 시스템 구성요소(100, 700, 900)는
캐리어 유닛(110, 910); 및
가열 유닛(120, 720, 920)을 포함하고,
상기 캐리어 유닛(110, 910)은 알루미늄을 포함하는 가열 시스템 구성요소. - 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 캐리어 유닛(110)은 젖은 면을 포함하고, 상기 젖은 면은 상기 유동 매체와 접촉하도록 형성된 상기 캐리어 유닛(110)의 표면에 해당하고; 상기 가열 유닛(120, 720)은 상기 캐리어 유닛(110)의 상기 젖은 면에 배치되고, 상기 유동 매체와 접촉하도록 형성되는 가열 시스템 구성요소.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 캐리어 유닛(910)은 젖은 면 및 건조 면을 포함하고, 상기 젖은 면은 상기 유동 매체와 접촉하도록 형성된 캐리어 유닛(910)의 표면에 해당하고, 상기 건조 면은 상기 젖은 면의 반대편 표면에 위치하고; 상기 가열 유닛(920)은 상기 캐리어 유닛(910)의 상기 건조 면에 배치되는 가열 시스템 구성요소.

상기 결합 단계는 접착 단계를 포함하는 가열 시스템 구성요소. - 청구항 1 내지 7 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 캐리어 유닛(110, 910)의 젖은 면은 제2 눌어붙지 않는 코팅 층을 포함하는 가열 시스템 구성요소.
- 청구항 7 또는 8에 있어서, 상기 제1 눌어붙지 않는 코팅 층 및/또는 상기 제2 눌어붙지 않는 코팅 층은 세라믹-기초 소재, 졸-겔 코팅 및/또는 플라즈마 코팅 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 가열 시스템 구성요소.
- 청구항 1 내지 9 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 가열 유닛(120, 720, 920)은 제1 눌어붙지 않는 코팅 층을 포함하고,
