Claims (7)
- 비누화도가 20몰% 이상 65몰% 미만이고, 또한 점도 평균 중합도 P가 100 이상 600 미만이고, 말단에 탄소수 6 이상 18 이하의 지방족 탄화수소기를 갖고, 또한 측쇄에 음이온성기를 갖는 비닐 알코올계 중합체 (A)를 포함하는, 비닐 화합물의 현탁 중합용 분산 안정제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비닐 알코올계 중합체 (A)의 점도 평균 중합도 P와 상기 지방족 탄화수소기의 변성률 S(몰%)의 관계가 하기 식 (1)을 만족하는, 현탁 중합용 분산 안정제.
50≤S×P/1.880<100 (1) - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 비닐 알코올계 중합체 (A)의 비닐 에스테르계 단량체 단위 및/또는 비닐 알코올 단위가 연속하는 부위에 관하여, 당해 부위에서의 비닐 에스테르계 단량체 단위의 블록 캐릭터가 0.6 이하인, 현탁 중합용 분산 안정제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비누화도가 65몰% 이상이고, 또한 점도 평균 중합도가 600 이상인 비닐 알코올계 중합체 (B)를 추가로 함유하는, 현탁 중합용 분산 안정제.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 비닐 알코올계 중합체 (A)와 상기 비닐 알코올계 중합체 (B)의 질량비 [비닐 알코올계 중합체 (A)]/[비닐 알코올계 중합체 (B)]가 10/90 내지 55/45인, 현탁 중합용 분산 안정제.
- 제1항에 기재된 현탁 중합용 분산 안정제의 존재하에 비닐 화합물의 현탁 중합을 실시하는 공정을 포함하는, 비닐계 수지의 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 현탁 중합이 물의 존재하에 실시되고, 상기 비닐 화합물과 상기 물의 질량비 [비닐계 화합물]/[물]이 3/4보다 큰, 제조 방법.
