- 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 페노싸이아진 유도체, 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용가능한 염:

상기 화학식 1에서,
R1은 수소원자, 할로겐원자, 카보나이트릴기, C1-C10 알킬기, C1-C10 할로알킬기, C1-C10 알콕시기, 또는 C1-C10 알킬싸이오기이고;
R2는 , , 또는 이고, 상기 R21, R22, 및 R23은 각각 1 내지 3개의 할로겐원자, 1 내지 3개의 C1-C6 알킬기, C1-C6 하이드록시알킬기, C6-C10 아릴기, C6-C10 아릴-C1-C6 알킬기, 또는 질소 및 산소원자가 1 내지 3개 포함된 5각형 내지 7각형의 헤테로싸이클기이고, 이때 아릴 또는 헤테로싸이클은 할로, 나이트로, C1-C6 알킬 및 C1-C6 알콕시로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1 내지 3개의 치환기로 치환 또는 비치환될 수 있고;

하기 화학식 4로 표시되는 할로알킬치환된 페노싸이아진 화합물을 R2-H로 표시되는 아민화합물과 친핵성 치환 반응시켜, 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 페노싸이아진 유도체를 제조하는 단계;
