Abstract
Description
Claims (16)
- (a) 카르복실산-유래의 아실화제 및 아민의 반응 생성물 및 (b) 4급 암모늄 염 첨가제를 포함하는 디젤 연료 조성물을 엔진에서 연소시키는 것을 포함하는, 디젤 엔진의 분사기에서 카르복실레이트 잔기 및/또는 래커로 인한 내부 디젤 분사기 침착물을 제거하는 방법.
- 디젤 엔진의 분사기에서 카르복실레이트 잔기 및/또는 래커로 인한 내부 디젤 분사기 침착물을 제거하기 위한, (a) 카르복실산-유래의 아실화제 및 아민의 반응 생성물 및 (b) 4급 암모늄 염 첨가제의 조합물의 용도.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 아실화된 질소-함유 첨가제 (a)가 폴리이소부텐-치환된 숙신산 또는 숙신산 무수물 및 폴리에틸렌 폴리아민의 반응 생성물을 포함하는 것인 방법 또는 용도.
- 제3항에 있어서, 폴리이소부텐-치환된 숙신산 또는 숙신산 무수물의 폴리이소부텐 치환기가 250 내지 2300, 바람직하게는 450 내지 1500의 수평균 분자량을 갖는 것인 방법 또는 용도.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 숙신이미드 분자의 적어도 90%가 400 초과의 분자량을 갖는 것인 방법 또는 용도.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 여기서 사용되는 4급 암모늄 염 첨가제 (b)가
(i) 히드로카르빌-치환된 아실화제 및 적어도 하나의 3급 아민 기 및 1급 아민, 2급 아민 또는 알콜 기를 포함하는 화합물의 반응 생성물;
(ii) 3급 아민 기를 포함하는 만니히(Mannich) 반응 생성물; 및
(iii) 적어도 하나의 3급 아민 기를 갖는 폴리알킬렌 치환된 아민
으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 3급 아민 기를 갖는 질소-함유 종 및 4급화제의 반응 생성물인 방법 또는 용도. - 제7항에 있어서, X가 프로필렌 기인 방법 또는 용도.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 4급 암모늄 염 첨가제 (b)를 제조하는데 사용되는 4급화제가 디알킬 술페이트; 카르복실산의 에스테르; 알킬 할라이드; 벤질 할라이드; 히드로카르빌 치환된 카르보네이트; 및 산과 조합된 히드로카르빌 에폭시드 또는 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것인 방법 또는 용도.
- 제10항에 있어서, 4급화제가 디메틸 옥살레이트, 메틸 2-니트로벤조에이트 및 메틸 살리실레이트로부터 선택된 것인 방법 또는 용도.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 디젤 엔진이 1350 바 초과의 연료 압력을 갖는 고압 연료 분사 (HPFI) 시스템을 포함하는 연료 분사 시스템을 갖는 것인 방법 또는 용도.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, "청결 유지(keep clean)" 성능을 제공하는 방법 또는 용도.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, "청소(clean up)" 성능을 제공하는 방법 또는 용도.
- 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 분사기 노즐에서의 및 분사기 팁에서의 침착물을 포함한 외부 분사기 침착물 및/또는 연료 필터 침착물을 추가로 제거하는 방법 또는 용도.
- 제15항에 있어서, 외부 분사기 침착물 및/또는 연료 필터 침착물과 관련하여 "청결 유지" 및/또는 "청소" 성능을 제공하는 방법.
