Claims (15)
- 장식 벽 또는 바닥 패널의 제조 방법으로서,
a) 주입가능한 (pourable) 캐리어 재료 (20), 특히 과립 재료를 제공하는 단계;
b) 2 개의 벨트형 컨베이어 수단들 (12, 14) 사이에 상기 캐리어 재료 (20) 를 배치하는 단계;
c) 웨브형 캐리어 (36) 를 형성하면서 온도의 영향 하에 상기 캐리어 재료 (20) 를 성형하는 단계;
d) 상기 캐리어 (36) 를 압축하는 단계;
e) 이중 벨트 프레스를 사용하여 온도와 압력의 영향 하에 상기 캐리어 (36) 를 처리하는 단계;
f) 상기 캐리어 (36) 를 냉각하는 단계;
g) 상기 캐리어 (36) 의 적어도 일부에 장식 서브면 (decor subsurface) 을 선택적으로 적용하는 단계;
h) 상기 캐리어 (36) 의 적어도 일부에 장식용 템플릿을 모사한 (simulating) 장식을 적용하는 단계;

플라스틱 재료 또는 목재 플라스틱 복합 재료를 기반으로 한 캐리어 재료 (20) 가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 장식 벽 또는 바닥 패널의 제조 방법. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
목재 및 폴리에틸렌, 목재 및 폴리프로필렌 또는 목재 및 폴리에틸렌과 폴리프로필렌의 공중합체를 포함하는 WPC 재료를 기반으로 한 캐리어 재료 (20) 가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 장식 벽 또는 바닥 패널의 제조 방법. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
PVC 재료를 기반으로 한 캐리어 재료 (20) 가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 장식 벽 또는 바닥 패널의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 캐리어 재료는 0 이상이고 600 ㎛ 이하인 입도, D50 ≥ 400 ㎛ 의 입도 분포, 바람직하게 D10 ≥ 400 ㎛ 의 입도 분포를 가지는 목재 및/또는 초크를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 장식 벽 또는 바닥 패널의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 캐리어 재료 (20) 는 중공 마이크로스피어들 (microspheres) 을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 장식 벽 또는 바닥 패널의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 주입가능한 캐리어 재료는 1.8 ㎜ 이상, 특히 2.0 ㎜ 이상의 범위에서 입도의 반치 전폭 (full width half maximum) 을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 장식 벽 또는 바닥 패널의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
섬유 재료, 특히 섬유 재료 웨브가 상기 캐리어 (36) 로 통합되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 장식 벽 또는 바닥 패널의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
온도 구배는 단계 c) 에서 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 장식 벽 또는 바닥 패널의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
단계 d) 는 S-롤을 사용하여 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 장식 벽 또는 바닥 패널의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
