Description
Claims (13)
- 하나 이상의 중합체 포매된 성분을 포함하는 건조 분말 세포 배양 배지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 중합체가 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 (PEG)/폴리프로필렌 글리콜 (PPG) 블록 공중합체, 폴리비닐피롤리돈 또는 폴리비닐 카프로락탐 - 폴리비닐 아세테이트 - 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 그래프트 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 세포 배양 배지.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 중합체가 폴록사머 (poloxamer) 인 것을 특징으로 하는 세포 배양 배지.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분이 L-글루타민, 탄산수소나트륨, 염화칼슘 x 2 H2O, 염화콜린, 질산제2철 x 9 H20, 황산제1철 x 7 H20, 인산나트륨 또는 모노나트륨 인산염 (NaH2PO4) 모노히드레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 세포 배양 배지.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 세포 배양 배지가 둘 이상의 중합체 포매된 성분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세포 배양 배지.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 세포 배양 배지가 포유류 세포 배양 배지인 것을 특징으로 하는 세포 배양 배지.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 세포 배양 배지가 화학 한정 세포 배양 배지인 것을 특징으로 하는 세포 배양 배지.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중합체 포매된 성분이 핫 멜트 압출에 의해 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 세포 배양 배지.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중합체 포매된 성분이 습식 과립화에 의해 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 세포 배양 배지.
- 하기에 의해 세포 배양 배지를 제조하는 방법:
a) 하나 이상의 중합체 포매된 성분을 제공하고,
b) 세포 배양 배지의 기타 성분을 제공하고, 이를 혼합하고 밀링하고,
c) 중합체 포매된 성분을 단계 b) 의 밀링 혼합물과 혼합함. - 제 10 항에 있어서, 단계 b) 가 볼 밀 (ball mill), 핀 밀 (pin mill), 피츠 밀 (fitz mill) 또는 제트 밀 (jet mill) 에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 10 항 또는 제 11 항에 있어서, 단계 a) 로부터의 혼합물을 밀링 전에 0℃ 미만의 온도로 냉각시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 하기에 의해 세포를 배양하는 방법:
a) 생물반응기 (bioreactor) 를 제공하고,
b) 제 1 항에 따른 세포 배양 배지를 물 또는 수성 완충제에 용해하고,
c) 단계 b) 로부터 생성된 배지와 배양할 세포를 혼합하고,
d) 단계 c) 의 혼합물을 인큐베이션함.
