Claims (6)
- 혈관과의 초음파 신호를 송수신하는 초음파 송수신부,
펄스전류를 생성하는 펄스 생성부,
상기 송수신부가 송수신되도록 전기 신호와 초음파 신호를 상호 변환하는 초음파용 진동자와, 상기 펄스 생성부의 펄스전류를 인가받아 충격파 신호를 생성하는 충격파용 진동자가 배열된 신호 변환부 및
상기 초음파용 진동자에서 변환된 전기 신호를 영상 신호로 변환하여 혈관의 초음파 영상을 형성하는 영상 처리부를 포함하고,
상기 영상 처리부의 초음파 영상에 의해 혈관의 병변을 진단하고, 동시에 충격파용 진동자에서 생성된 충격파 신호를 병변에 조사하여 제거하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 혈관내 초음파 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 초음파용 진동자 또는 충격파용 진동자는 압전소자인 것임을 특징으로 하는 혈관내 초음파 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 진동자는 초음파 신호와 충격파 신호를 각각 독립적으로 제어되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 혈관내 초음파 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 혈관내 초음파 장치는 초음파 신호 및 충격파 신호를 각각 집속하는 초음파용 집속부와 충격파용 집속부를 더 포함하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 혈관내 초음파 장치.
- 청구항 1 내지 4 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 초음파용 진동자는 5 내지 60MHz 대역의 초음파 신호를 생성하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 혈관내 초음파 장치.
- 청구항 5에 있어서, 상기 충격파용 진동자는 10KHz 내지 10MHz 대역의 충격파 신호를 생성하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 혈관내 초음파 장치.
