Abstract
Description
도 2는 비파잎 유효성분인 우르솔산(ursolic acid) 및 루신(leucine)을 단독 또는 혼합 조성물로 생쥐 근아세포에 투여한 후 근아세포 생존율을 확인한 결과이다.
도 3은 비파잎 유효성분인 우르솔산(ursolic acid) 및 루신(leucine)을 단독 또는 혼합 조성물로 근아세포에 투여한 후 근아세포의 근관형성 유도 효과를 확인한 결과이다.
도 4는 비파잎 유효성분인 우르솔산(ursolic acid) 및 루신(leucine)을 단독 또는 혼합 조성물로 근아세포에 투여한 후 크레아틴 키나제(creatine kinase) 활성을 확인한 결과이다.
도 5는 비파잎 유효성분인 우르솔산(ursolic acid) 및 루신(leucine)을 단독 또는 혼합 조성물로 근아세포에 투여한 후 근분화 지표 단백질인 myosin heavy chain(MHC) 발현 정도를 확인한 결과이다.
도 6은 비파잎 유효성분인 우르솔산(ursolic acid) 및 루신(leucine)을 단독 또는 혼합 조성물로 근아세포에 투여한 후 근관형성 및 융합정도를 확인한 면역염색결과 및 fusion index 결과이다.
도 7은 비파잎 유효성분인 우르솔산(ursolic acid) 및 루신(leucine)을 단독 또는 혼합 조성물로 근아세포에 투여한 후 근분화조절 단백질인 미오게닌(Myogenin) 및 MyoD의 mRNA 및 단백질 발현 정도를 확인한 결과로, 도 7A, 7B 및 7C는 미오게닌(Myogenin) 및 MyoD의 단백질 발현량을 확인한 웨스턴 블롯결과이며, 도 7D, 7E 및 7F는 미오게닌(Myogenin) 및 MyoD의 mRNA 발현 정도를 확인한 역전사 중합효소 연쇄반응 결과이다.
도 8은 비파잎 유효성분인 우르솔산(ursolic acid) 및 루신(leucine)을 단독 또는 혼합 조성물로 근아세포에 투여한 후 근육 합성관련 단백질 전좌 효과를 확인한 웨스턴 블롯 결과이다.
도 9는 우르솔산을 유효성분으로 함유하는 비파잎 추출물(LE) 또는 비파잎, 루신 및 엽산으로 혼합된 비파잎 추출 혼합물을 각각 식이한 젊은 흰쥐 및 노화 흰쥐의 대퇴근 근육량 변화를 확인한 결과이다.
도 10은 우르솔산을 유효성분으로 함유하는 비파잎 추출물(LE) 또는 비파잎, 루신 및 엽산으로 혼합된 비파잎 추출 혼합물을 각각 식이한 젊은 흰쥐 및 노화 흰쥐의 앞다리 근력 변화를 확인한 결과이다.
도 11은 우르솔산을 유효성분으로 함유하는 비파잎 추출물(LE) 또는 비파잎, 루신 및 엽산으로 혼합된 비파잎 추출 혼합물을 각각 식이한 젊은 흰쥐 및 노화 흰쥐의 앞다리 근력 변화를 크레아틴 키나제 활성으로 확인한 결과이다.
도 12는 우르솔산을 유효성분으로 함유하는 비파잎 추출물(LE) 또는 비파잎, 루신 및 엽산으로 혼합된 비파잎 추출 혼합물을 각각 식이한 젊은 흰쥐 및 노화 흰쥐의 혈중 총콜레스테롤(total cholesterol; TC) 및 중성지방(triglyceride; TG) 수준을 확인한 결과이다.
Claims (8)
- 비파잎 추출물 또는 우르솔산 중 하나의 물질 10 내지 90 중량% 및 루신 10 내지 90 중량%을 유효성분으로 포함하는 근육재생용 약학조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 약학조성물은 엽산을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 근육재생용 약학조성물.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 약학조성물은 비파잎 추출물 또는 우르솔산 중 하나의 물질 10 내지 40 중량%, 루신 20 내지 50 중량% 및 엽산 20 내지 50 중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 근육재생용 약학조성물.
- 청구항 3에 있어서, 상기 약학조성물은 비파잎 추출물 또는 우르솔산 중 하나의 물질 21 중량%, 루신 43 중량% 및 엽산 36 중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 근육재생용 약학조성물.
- 비파잎 추출물 또는 우르솔산 중 하나의 물질 10 내지 90 중량% 및 루신 10 내지 90 중량%을 유효성분으로 포함하는 근육재생용 건강식품조성물.
- 청구항 5에 있어서, 상기 건강식품조성물은 엽산을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 근육재생용 건강식품조성물.
- 청구항 6에 있어서, 상기 건강식품조성물은 비파잎 추출물 또는 우르솔산 중 하나의 물질 10 내지 40 중량%, 루신 20 내지 50 중량% 및 엽산 20 내지 50 중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 근육재생용 건강식품조성물.
- 청구항 7에 있어서, 상기 건강식품조성물은 비파잎 추출물 또는 우르솔산 중 하나의 물질 21 중량%, 루신 43 중량% 및 엽산 36 중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 근육재생용 건강식품조성물.
