Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- (a) 코팅 조성물의 고형물 함량 중 적어도 30 중량% 함량의 적어도 100,000 g/mol의 평균 몰 질량을 갖는 적어도 1종의 열가소성 중합체;
(b) 적어도 30 중량%의 UV-경화성 반응성 희석제;
(c) 0.1 내지 10 중량부의 적어도 1종의 광개시제; 및
(d) 적어도 1종의 유기 용매
를 포함하며, 여기서 에틸렌계 불포화 기의 비율은 코팅 조성물의 고형물 함량 kg당 적어도 3 mol인
코팅 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 중합체 (a)가 적어도 90℃의 ISO 306에 따른 비캣 연화 온도 VET를 갖는 것인 코팅 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 열가소성 중합체가 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트 또는 70 중량% 내지 99.5 중량%의 메틸 메타크릴레이트 및 0.5 중량% 내지 30 중량%의 메틸 아크릴레이트의 공중합체를 포함하는 것인 코팅 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 1종의 UV-경화성 반응성 희석제 (b)가 이관능성, 삼관능성, 사관능성, 오관능성 및/또는 육관능성 아크릴 및/또는 메타크릴 단량체를 포함하는 것인 코팅 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응성 희석제 (b)가 알콕실화 디아크릴레이트 및/또는 디메타크릴레이트, 알콕실화 트리아크릴레이트 및/또는 트리메타크릴레이트, 알콕실화 테트라아크릴레이트 및/또는 테트라메타크릴레이트, 알콕실화 펜타아크릴레이트 및/또는 펜타메타크릴레이트, 알콕실화 헥사아크릴레이트 및/또는 헥사메타크릴레이트, 지방족 우레탄 아크릴레이트, 폴리에스테르 아크릴레이트, 폴리아크릴로일아크릴레이트 및 그의 혼합물을 포함하는 것인 코팅 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응성 희석제 (b)가 디펜타에리트리틸 펜타-/헥사아크릴레이트를 포함하는 것인 코팅 조성물.
- 열가소성 중합체, 열가소성 중합체의 필름 및 필름의 내스크래치성 및 내용매성 표면 코팅을 포함하는 비-방향적 내충격성 3D 성형물로서, 상기 표면 코팅은 성형물의 표면을 형성하고, ≥ 0.1 μm 내지 ≤ 20 μm 범위의 두께를 가지며, 필름의 표면을 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 코팅 조성물을 사용하여 코팅함으로써 수득가능한 것인 성형물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 필름 삽입 성형에 의해 수득가능한 성형물로서, 여기서 필름 삽입 성형은 보호 층을 포함하는 3D-성형된 필름을 보호 층으로부터 떨어져 있는 필름의 면 상의 열가소성 중합체의 용융물로 충전하는 것을 포함하는 것인 성형물.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 필름이 폴리카르보네이트를 포함하는 것인 성형물.
- 제7항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 열가소성 중합체가 폴리카르보네이트를 포함하는 것인 성형물.
- (i) 필름의 표면을
(a) 코팅 조성물의 고형물 함량 중 30 중량% 함량의 적어도 100,000 g/mol의 평균 몰 질량을 갖는 적어도 1종의 열가소성 중합체;
(b) 적어도 30 중량%의 UV-경화성 반응성 희석제;
(c) 0.1 내지 10 중량부의 적어도 1종의 광개시제; 및
(d) 적어도 1종의 유기 용매
를 포함하며, 여기서 에틸렌계 불포화 기의 비율은 코팅 조성물의 고형물 함량 kg당 적어도 3 mol이고, 코팅의 두께는 ≥ 0.1 μm 내지 ≤ 20 μm 범위인 코팅 조성물을 사용하여 코팅하는 단계;
(ii) 코팅을 건조시키는 단계;
(iii) 임의로 필름을 특정 크기로 절단하고/거나 필름을 층간박리, 인쇄 및/또는 열적으로 또는 기계적으로 성형하는 단계;
(iv) 코팅을 화학 방사선, 바람직하게는 UV 방사선에 의해 경화시키는 단계;
(v) 필름의 비코팅된 표면을 열가소성 중합체를 사용하여 삽입-성형하는 단계
를 포함하는, 성형물을 제조하는 필름 삽입 성형 방법. - 제11항에 있어서, 삽입 성형 (V)를 바람직하게는 폴리카르보네이트 용융물을 사용하여 압출 또는 사출 성형에 의해 수행하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 청구된 바와 같은 성형물을 포함하는 제품.
- 제13항에 있어서, 제품이 건축, 자동차 제작, 철도 차량 제작, 항공기 제작, 보호 헬멧용 바이저 제조 및 전자 제품 제조의 분야로부터의 투명 글레이징 부재, 커버 또는 투시창, 또는 자동차, 철도 차량 또는 항공기의 내장 트림 또는 외장 트림의 투명, 반투명 또는 불투명 부품인 제품.
- 건축 글레이징 부재, 자동차 글레이징 부재, 철도 차량 글레이징 부재, 수상용 차량 글레이징 부재, 항공기 글레이징 부재, 차체 페이싱 부품, 윈드쉴드, 헬멧 바이저, 전자 하우징 부품, 또는 자동차, 철도 차량, 수상용 차량 또는 항공기의 내장 또는 외장 트림 부품으로서의 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 청구된 바와 같은 성형물의 용도.
