Description
도 2는 본 발명의 실시예 1에 따른 복합 입자의 고각 산란 고리 모양 암시야 주사 투과 현미경상(백색 부분이 규소를 나타내고, 흑색 부분이 탄소를 나타낸다) 및 +1~6의 각 점에 있어서의 원소 분석 차트이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 실시예 1에 따른 복합 입자의 고각 산란 고리 모양 암시야 주사 투과 현미경상(백색 부분이 규소를 나타내고, 흑색 부분이 탄소를 나타낸다)이며, 규소상 함유 입자부의 노출 및 결착부의 존재를 나타내는 것이다.

Claims (11)
- 규소상을 함유하는 입자(이하 「규소상 함유 입자」라고 한다)와 열가소성 유기물 분말을 혼합하여 혼합 분말을 조제하는 혼합 공정과,
상기 혼합 분말을 열처리하는 열처리 공정을 구비하는, 복합 입자의 제조 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 혼합 공정에서는, 상기 규소상 함유 입자의 질량과 상기 열가소성 유기물 분말의 질량의 합에 대한 상기 규소상 함유 입자의 질량의 비율이 85% 이상 99% 이하의 범위 내가 되도록 상기 규소상 함유 입자와 상기 열가소성 유기물 분말이 혼합되어 상기 혼합 분말이 조제되는, 복합 입자의 제조 방법. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 열처리 공정에서는, 상기 혼합 분말이 300℃ 이상 900℃ 이하의 범위 내의 온도로 열처리되는, 복합 입자의 제조 방법. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 복합 입자의 제조 방법에 의해 제조되는, 복합 입자.
- 규소상을 함유하는 입자부(이하 「규소상 함유 입자부」라고 한다)와,
비흑연질 탄소 및 탄소 전구체 중 적어도 한쪽을 주성분으로 하고, 상기 규소상 함유 입자부를 결착하는 결착부를 구비하는, 복합 입자. - 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 규소상 함유 입자부의 질량과 상기 결착부의 질량의 합에 대한 상기 규소상 함유 입자부의 질량의 비율은, 92% 이상 99.5% 이하의 범위 내인, 복합 입자. - 청구항 5 또는 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 규소상 함유 입자부는 적어도 일부가 외부에 노출되어 있는, 복합 입자. - 청구항 5 내지 청구항 7 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 규소상의 최대 입경이 1000nm 이하의 범위 내인, 복합 입자. - 청구항 5 내지 청구항 8 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
비표면적값이 0.5m2/g 이상 16m2/g 이하의 범위 내인, 복합 입자. - 청구항 4 내지 청구항 9 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 복합 입자를 활물질로 하는 전극.
- 청구항 10에 기재된 전극을 구비하는 비수 전해질 이차 전지.
