- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 수용성 고분자계 유화제는 하기 화학식 A-1로 표시되는 스타이렌계 단량체와, 하기 화학식 A-2 및 화학식 A-3으로 표시되는 화합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 아크릴계 단량체를 1:0.2 내지 1:0.8의 중량비로 포함하는 단량체 혼합물로부터 유래된 중합체인, 블리스터 포장용 열봉합성 폴리머 에멀젼:

상기 에틸렌계 불포화 단량체로부터 유래된 중합체는 100 중량부의 스타이렌에 대하여 150 내지 900 중량부의 부틸 아크릴레이트를 포함하는 단량체 혼합물로부터 유래된 중합체인, 블리스터 포장용 열봉합성 폴리머 에멀젼.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 라텍스 입자는 상기 에틸렌계 불포화 단량체로부터 유래된 중합체에 대하여 상기 수용성 고분자계 유화제를 10 내지 20 중량%로 포함하는, 블리스터 포장용 열봉합성 폴리머 에멀젼.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 라텍스 입자는 45 내지 65 nm의 평균 입경을 갖는, 블리스터 포장용 열봉합성 폴리머 에멀젼.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 라텍스 입자는 유니모달(unimodal)의 입도 분포를 갖는, 블리스터 포장용 열봉합성 폴리머 에멀젼.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
10 ℃ 이하의 유리전이온도(Tg)를 갖는 블리스터 포장용 열봉합성 폴리머 에멀젼.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
40 내지 60 중량%의 고형분 함량을 갖는 블리스터 포장용 열봉합성 폴리머 에멀젼.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
50 내지 100 mgKOH/g의 산가를 갖는 블리스터 포장용 열봉합성 폴리머 에멀젼.
- 6,000 내지 23,000 g/mol의 중량평균분자량과 100 내지 150 ℃의 유리전이온도(Tg) 및 100 내지 230 mgKOH/g의 산가를 갖는 수용성 고분자계 유화제가 존재하는 수성 매질 내에서, 에틸렌계 불포화 단량체를 에멀젼 중합시키는 단계
를 포함하는 블리스터 포장용 열봉합성 폴리머 에멀젼의 제조 방법.
- 제 15 항에 있어서,
상기 수용성 고분자계 유화제는 상기 에틸렌계 불포화 단량체에 대하여 10 내지 20 중량%로 존재하는, 블리스터 포장용 열봉합성 폴리머 에멀젼의 제조 방법.
- 제 15 항에 있어서,
상기 에멀젼 중합은 70 내지 100 ℃의 반응 온도 하에서 수행되는, 블리스터 포장용 열봉합성 폴리머 에멀젼의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 따른 폴리머 에멀젼으로부터 형성된 열봉합성 코팅층을 포함하는 블리스터 포장재.
