Abstract
(i) 폴리아마이드 A,
(ii) 중합체 조성물의 총량을 기준으로 0.001중량% 이상의 양의 조핵제, 및
(iii) 중합체 조성물의 총량을 기준으로 1중량% 이상의 양의 충격 개질제
를 포함하는 중합체 조성물을 함유하는 가스 저장 탱크용 라이너에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 또한 연속 탄소 또는 유리 섬유를 포함하는 구조 섬유 복합재를 포함하는 가스 저장 탱크, 뿐만 아니라 취입 성형에 의한 라이너의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
Description
Claims (11)
- (i) 폴리아마이드 A,
(ii) 중합체 조성물의 총량을 기준으로 0.001중량% 이상 3 중량% 이하의 양의 조핵제(nucleating agent), 및
(iii) 중합체 조성물의 총량을 기준으로 1중량% 이상의 양의 충격 개질제
를 포함하되,
상기 조핵제가 폴리아마이드 A보다 10℃ 이상 높은 융점을 갖는 폴리아마이드, 마이크로 활석, 카본 블랙, 실리카, 이산화티탄 및 나노-점토로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 중합체 조성물을 함유하는, 가스 저장 탱크용 라이너. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
폴리아마이드 A보다 10℃ 이상 높은 융점을 갖는 폴리아마이드가 PA46, PA410 및 PA4T로 구성된 군 중에서 선택되는, 라이너. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
폴리아마이드 A가 PA6이고 조핵제가 PA66, PA46, PA410 및 PA4T로 구성된 군 중에서 선택되는, 라이너. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
폴리아마이드 A가 PA66이고 조핵제가 PA46 및 PA4T로 구성된 군 중에서 선택되는, 라이너. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 조핵제가 마이크로 활석인, 라이너. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 조핵제가, 중합체 조성물의 총량을 기준으로 0.05중량% 이상의 양으로 존재하는, 라이너. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 조핵제가, 중합체 조성물의 총량을 기준으로 0.05 내지 0.15중량%의 양으로 존재하는, 라이너. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 충격 개질제의 양이, 중합체 조성물의 총량을 기준으로 7 내지 20중량%인, 라이너. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 충격 개질제가 코어-쉘형 충격 개질제인, 라이너. - (i) 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 라이너, 및
(ii) 연속 카본 또는 유리 섬유를 포함하는 구조 섬유 복합재
를 포함하는, 가스 저장 탱크. - (a) 중합체 조성물을 가열하여 균질한 점성 액체를 수득하는 단계;
(b) 상기 점성 액체로부터 패리슨을 형성하는 단계;
(c) 상기 패리슨을 압축 가스에 의해 팽창시키고, 이것이 냉각 및 고화되어 부품을 형성할 때까지 이것을 주형 공동에 대해 가압하는 단계;
(d) 상기 주형을 여는 단계;
(e) 상기 부품을 꺼내는 단계
를 적어도 포함하는, 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 라이너의 제조방법.
