Claims (19)
- 적어도, 내후성 필름 A, 접착제층 1, 필름 B, 접착제층 2 및 두께가 60㎛ 이상인 필름 C를 이 순서로 갖는 보호 시트로서, 상기 내후성 필름의 폭 WA, 필름 B의 폭 WB 및 필름 C의 폭 WC가 WA>WC>WB의 관계를 갖는 보호 시트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
폭 WC에 대한 폭 WB의 비(WB/WC)가 0.65 이상 1.0 미만이고, 또한 폭 WC와 폭 WB의 차(WC-WB)가 32mm 이하인 보호 시트. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
폭 WA에 대한 폭 WC의 비(WC/WA)가 0.70 이상 1.0 미만이고, 또한 폭 WA와 폭 WC의 차(WA-WC)가 80mm 이하인 보호 시트. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
필름 C의 두께에 대한 내후성 필름 A의 두께의 비(내후성 필름 A의 두께/필름 C의 두께)가 0.75 이하인 보호 시트. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
필름 C의 23℃에서의 인장 탄성률이 2.0GPa 이상인 보호 시트. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,

상기 방습 필름을, 상기 무기층 측의 면을 상기 내후성 필름 A 측으로 하여 적층하여 이루어지는 보호 시트. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
접착제층 1 및/또는 접착제층 2가 점착제를 포함하는 보호 시트. - 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
내후성 필름 A의 열 수축률이 0.5% 이상인 보호 시트. - 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
태양 전지용으로서 이용하는 보호 시트. - 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 보호 시트의 필름 C 측에, 추가로 봉지재층 D가 적층되어 이루어지는, 봉지재 일체형 보호 시트.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,
상기 봉지재층의 폭 WD가 상기 내후성 필름의 폭 WA보다 작고, 또한 상기 필름 C의 폭 WC보다 큰, 봉지재 일체형 보호 시트. - 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 보호 시트 또는 제 11 항 및 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 봉지재 일체형 보호 시트가 권취되어 이루어지는 롤 형상물.
- 제 13 항에 기재된 롤 형상물의 표면 중, 내후성 필름 A가 돌출하는 개소에 대응하는 개소의 적어도 일부를, 이하의 조건에 의해 측정되는 휨 길이가 70mm 이하이고, 또한 내하중 함몰이 0.1 이하인 커버 시트로 덮어서 이루어지는, 커버 시트 부착 롤 형상물.
[휨 길이]
(1) 폭 20mm, 길이 120mm의 샘플을 채취한다.
(2) 샘플을 대(臺) 위에, 샘플 중 길이 100mm의 부분이 대로부터 돌출하도록 하여 배치하고, 샘플의 대 위의 부분에 무게 5kg의 추를 올려 샘플을 고정한다.
(3) 샘플의 대로부터 돌출하는 부분의 단부가, 대로부터 아래로 드리워지는 길이 「x」(단위: mm)를 측정하여, 이 값을 휨 길이로 한다.
[내하중 함몰]
(1) 100mm 사방의 샘플을 채취한다.
(2) 샘플을 두께 20mm의 유리판 위에 설치하고, 샘플의 중앙부에 직경 5mm, 무게 0.5g의 강철구를 싣고, 추가로 강철구 위에서 2kg의 하중을 건다.
(3) 샘플의 함몰 「d」(단위: ㎛)를 측정하여, 샘플의 두께 「t」(단위: ㎛)와의 비 「d/t」를 내하중 함몰로 한다. - 제 14 항에 있어서,
이하 (a') 및/또는 (b')의 조건을 만족시키는, 커버 시트 부착 롤 형상물.
(a') [커버 시트의 휨 길이]/[내후성 필름 A의 휨 길이]: 2 이하
(b') [커버 시트의 내하중 함몰]/[내후성 필름 A의 내하중 함몰]: 2 이하 - 이하의 (1)∼(4)의 공정을 갖는, 보호 시트의 제조 방법.
(1) 필름 B의 한쪽 면에 접착제층 1을 갖고, 다른쪽 면에 접착제층 2를 갖는 적층체 X를 제작하는 공정
(2) 적층체 X의 폭 방향의 양단을 슬릿하여, 적층체 X'로 하는 공정
(3) 접착제층 1 위에, 적층체 X'의 폭 WX'보다도 넓은 폭 WA를 갖는 내후성 필름 A를, 내후성 필름 A의 양단이 접착제층 1의 양단으로부터 돌출하도록 하여 접합하는 공정
(4) 접착제층 2 위에, 적층체 X'의 폭 WX'보다도 넓고, 내후성 필름 A의 폭 WA보다도 좁은 폭 WC를 갖는 필름 C를, 필름 C의 양단이 접착제층 2의 양단으로부터 돌출하도록 하여 접합하는 공정 - 제 16 항에 있어서,
상기 공정 (1)에 있어서, 적층체 X로서, 접착제층 1 위에 이형 시트 1을 갖고, 접착제층 2 위에 이형 시트 2를 갖는 것을 제작하고, 상기 공정 (2) 후, 공정 (3) 전에 이형 시트 1을 박리하고, 상기 공정 (2) 후, 공정 (4) 전에 이형 시트 2를 박리하는 공정을 경유하는, 보호 시트의 제조 방법. - 제 17 항에 있어서,
상기 공정 (1)이 이하의 (1-1)∼(1-3)의 공정을 가져 이루어지는, 보호 시트의 제조 방법.
(1-1) 이형 시트 1 위에 접착제층 1 조성물을 도포, 건조시켜 접착제층 1을 형성하는 공정
(1-2) 이형 시트 2 위에 접착제층 2 조성물을 도포, 건조시켜 접착제층 2를 형성하는 공정
(1-3) 필름 B에 접착제층 1 및 접착제층 2를 접합하여, 적층체 X로 하는 공정 - 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 보호 시트 또는 제 11 항 및 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 봉지재 일체형 보호 시트를 이용하여 제작된 태양 전지 모듈.
