Abstract

Claims (6)
- 기재(基材) 및 다공성(多孔性) 지지층으로 이루어지는 다공성 지지막과, 상기 다공성 지지층 상에 설치된 폴리아미드 분리 기능층을 구비하는 복합 반투막으로서,
상기 분리 기능층의 pH 6에 있어서의 제타 전위(zeta potential)가 -20 mV 이하이며, 또한 상기 분리 기능층의 pH 10과 pH 3에 있어서의 제타 전위차가 25 mV 이하인, 복합 반투막. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 분리 기능층의 제곱 평균 면 거칠기(roughness)가 60 ㎚ 이상인, 복합 반투막. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 분리 기능층 표면의 적외선 흡수 스펙트럼을 ATR법을 이용하여 승온(昇溫) 과정에서 측정하고, 1540±10 cm-1의 범위에 나타나는 아미드기의 피크를 측정했을 때, 30℃에 있어서의 아미드기의 피크 탑의 진동수와 120℃에 있어서의 아미드기의 피크 탑의 진동수의 차이가 5 cm-1 이하인, 복합 반투막. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 분리 기능층 표면의 적외선 흡수 스펙트럼을 ATR법을 이용하여 승온 과정에서 측정했을 때, 하기 식(1)으로 산출되는 값 X가 0.80 이상인, 복합 반투막:

X = Abs(120℃)/Abs(30℃)
Abs(120℃)는, 120℃에서 측정했을 때의 1545 cm-1의 적외선 흡수 강도이며, Abs(30℃)는, 30℃에서 측정했을 때의 1545 cm-1의 적외선 흡수 강도이고; 그리고, 적외선 흡수 강도는 측정 데이터를 1000 cm-1∼1900 cm-1에서 1차 베이스 라인 보정을 행하고, 1250 cm-1의 피크를 1로 하여 규격화한 후의 값임. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 다공성 지지막의 기재가, 폴리에스테르 장섬유 부직포이며, 또한 통기도가 2.0 cc/cm2/sec 이상인, 복합 반투막. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 다공성 지지층의 두께가 20∼40 ㎛인, 복합 반투막.
