Claims (13)
- ⅰ) 하기 화학식 1의 복합물;
<화학식 1>
xLi2MO3·(1-x)LiMeO2
상기 식에서, 0<x<1이고, M과 Me는 금속이온을 나타내며 서로 동일하거나 상이할 수 있다;
ii) 전도성 고분자 물질; 및
iii) 바인더
를 포함하는 양극 활물질 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 전도성 고분자 물질은 PEDOT:PSS (Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)-poly(styrenesulfonate)), 폴리아닐린(polyaniline) 및 폴리피롤 (polyprrole) 로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 이들 중 2종 이상의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 양극 활물질 조성물. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 전도성 고분자 물질은 PEDOT:PSS인 것을 특징으로 하는 양극 활물질 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 화학식 1의 복합물에서 Me는 Ni, Co, Mn, Cr, Fe, V, Al, Mg 및 Ti로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 적어도 하나 이상의 원소인 것을 특징으로 하는 양극 활물질 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 화학식 1의 복합물에서 M은 Mn, Ti 및 Zr로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 적어도 하나 이상의 원소인 것을 특징으로 하는 양극 활물질 조성물. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 화학식 1의 복합물에서 M은 Mn인 것을 특징으로 하는 양극 활물질 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 화학식 1의 복합물에서 x는 0.1 이상 0.5 이하의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 양극 활물질 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 화학식 1의 복합물은 양극 활물질 조성물 총 중량에 대해 60 내지 97 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 양극 활물질 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 전도성 고분자 물질은 양극 활물질 조성물 총 중량에 대해 0.5 중량% 내지 5 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 양극 활물질 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 바인더는 비닐리덴플루오라이드-헥사플루오로프로필렌 코폴리머(PVDF-co-HEP), 폴리비닐리덴플루오라이드(polyvinylidenefluoride), 폴리아크릴로니트릴(polyacrylonitrile), 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트(polymethylmethacrylate), 폴리비닐알코올, 카르복시메틸셀룰로오스(CMC), 전분, 히드록시프로필셀룰로오스, 재생 셀룰로오스, 폴리비닐피롤리돈, 테트라플루오로에틸렌, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리아크릴산, 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔 모노머(EPDM), 술폰화 EPDM, 스티렌 부티렌 고무(SBR) 및 불소 고무로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 이들 중 2종 이상의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 양극 활물질 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 양극 활물질 조성물은 도전재를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 양극 활물질 조성물. - 제 1 항의 양극 활물질 조성물을 양극에 포함하는 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,
상기 리튬 이차 전지는 충전전압이 4.35V 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지.
