- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 함침제는 용매 및 함침제를 포함하는 용액의 형태로 방법 단계 d)에서 사용되며, 또 다른 방법 단계 e)에서, 상기 용매는 상기 캐패시터 몸체 (7)로부터 적어도 부분적으로 제거되는 것을 특징으로 하는 캐패시터의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서,
상기 함침제는 100 내지 100,000 g/mol의 범위의 겔 침투 크로마토그래피에 의해 결정된 분자량을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 캐패시터의 제조방법.
- 전술한 청구항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 함침제는 폴리에틸렌 글리콜인 것을 특징으로 하는 캐패시터의 제조방법.
- 청구항 2 내지 4 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 용매는 물 또는 알코올 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 캐패시터의 제조방법.
- 청구항 2 내지 5 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 용매는 상기 용매의 총 중량에 기초하여 1 내지 99중량% 범위의 농도에서 함침제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 캐패시터의 제조방법.
- 전술한 청구항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 전기 전도성 중합체의 입자는 적어도 하나의 폴리티오펜, 폴리피롤 또는 폴리아닐린 또는 이들 유도체의 하나 또는 적어도 이들 둘의 혼합물을 포함하는 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 캐패시터의 제조방법.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,
상기 전기 전도성 중합체의 입자는 하기 화학식 1, 하기 화학식 2 또는 하기 화학식 3 또는 적어도 이들 둘의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 반복 단위를 갖는 적어도 하나의 폴리티오펜을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 캐패시터의 제조방법:

여기서
A는 선택적으로 치환된 C1-C5-알킬렌 잔기이고,
R은 선형 또는 가지형, 선택적으로 치환된 C1-C18-알킬 잔기, 선택적으로 치환된 C5-C12-시클로알킬 잔기, 선택적으로 치환된 C6-C14-아릴 잔기, 선택적으로 치환된 C7-C18-아르알킬 잔기, 선택적으로 치환된 C1-C4-히드록시알킬 잔기 또는 히드록실 잔기이고,
x는 0 내지 8의 정수이며,
몇 가지의 잔기 R이 A에 결합된 경우, 이들은 같거나 다를 수 있다.
- 청구항 7 또는 8에 있어서,
상기 입자에 포함된 상기 전도성 중합체는 폴리(3,4-에틸렌디옥시티오펜)인 것을 특징으로 하는 캐패시터의 제조방법.

상기 고분자 음이온은 폴리스티렌 설폰산인 것을 특징으로 하는 캐패시터의 제조방법.
- 전술한 청구항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 분산체은 분산체로서 유기 용매, 물 또는 유기 용매 및 물의 혼합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 캐패시터의 제조방법.
- 전술한 청구항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 분산체의 함침제의 함량은 상기 분산체의 총 중량에 기초하여 2.5중량% 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 캐패시터의 제조방법.
- 전술한 청구항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 함침제에 부가하여 안정제는 방법 단계 d)에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 캐패시터의 제조방법.
- 전술한 청구항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 전극물질은 밸브 금속 또는 NbO인 것을 특징으로 하는 캐패시터의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1 내지 15 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법을 통하여 얻어질 수 있는 캐패시터.
- 청구항 16에 있어서,
상기 캐패시터는 하기 특성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 캐패시터:
(α1) 20℃로부터 -45℃까지 온도가 감소되면서, 최대 20%의 전정용량의 감소; 및
(α2) 적어도 50 V의 항복 전압.
- i 전극물질 (2)로 만들어진 전극 몸체 (1), 여기서 상기 전극물질 (2)의 표면 (4)은 유전체 (3)로 적어도 부분적으로 피복되고, 애노드 몸체 (5)를 형성하며,
ⅱ. 여기서 고체 전해질 (6)로 적어도 부분적으로 코팅되고, 캐패시터 몸체 (7)를 형성하는 상기 애노드 몸체 (5),
ⅲ. 여기서 유기 함침제 (8)를 포함하는 상기 캐패시터 몸체 (7),

여기서 상기 캐패시터는 하기 특성을 갖는다:
(α1) 20℃로부터 -45℃까지 온도가 감소되면서, 최대 20%의 전정용량의 감소; 및
(α2) 적어도 50 V의 항복 전압;
여기서 상기 유기 함침제는 150℃ 미만의 녹는점을 가지며, 끊는 점은 가지지 않는다.
- 청구항 16 내지 18 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 캐패시터는 알루미늄 캐패시터인 것을 특징으로 하는 캐패시터.
- 청구항 16 내지 19 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 캐패시터는 30 nm 이상의 두께를 갖는 유전체막을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 캐패시터.
- 전자 회로에 청구항 16 내지 20 중 어느 한 항에 따른 캐패시터의 용도.
