Claims (22)
- 한쪽 면 측에 길이 방향을 따라 톱니부와 톱니 바닥부가 교호적(交互的)으로 형성된 벨트 본체; 및
상기 벨트 본체의 한쪽 면에 설치되고, 또한 외표면이 제1 에폭시 수지의 경화물에 의해 피복된 톱니형 직물(齒布; facing fabric);
를 포함하는, 톱니형 벨트(toothed belt). - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 에폭시 수지의 경화물의 연화점(軟化点)이, 110℃ 이상인, 톱니형 벨트. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 에폭시 수지의 에폭시 당량이 100 ~ 1500g/eq인, 톱니형 벨트. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 에폭시 수지의 경화물은, RFL(resorcinol formaldehyde latex) 처리된 상기 톱니형 직물에 피복되어 있는, 톱니형 벨트. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 에폭시 수지는, 제1 경화제에 의해 경화되는, 톱니형 벨트. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 제1 경화제는, 아민류의 경화제, 산무수물계 경화제, 페놀 노볼락계 경화제, 이미다졸계 경화제, 및 디시안디아미드계 경화제로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1개의 경화제를 포함하는, 톱니형 벨트. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 제1 경화제는, 이미다졸계 경화제인, 톱니형 벨트. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 에폭시 수지는, 비스페놀 A형 에폭시 수지, 비스페놀 F형 에폭시 수지, 노볼락형 에폭시 수지, 비페닐형 에폭시 수지, 페녹시형 에폭시 수지, 및 장쇄(長鎖) 지방족 에폭시 수지로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1개의 에폭시 수지를 포함하는, 톱니형 벨트. - 톱니형 직물의 한쪽 면에 제1 에폭시 수지를 포함하는 제1 에폭시 수지액을 코팅하고, 상기 톱니형 직물의 다른 쪽 면 측에 배치된 고무를 가류(加硫)함으로써 상기 톱니형 직물과 고무를 일체화시켜, 상기 톱니형 직물에 코팅된 제1 에폭시 수지를 경화시키는, 톱니형 벨트의 제조 방법.
- 한쪽 면 측에 길이 방향을 따라 톱니부와 톱니 바닥부가 교호적으로 형성된 벨트 본체; 및
상기 벨트 본체의 한쪽 면에 피복된 톱니형 직물;
을 포함하고,
상기 톱니형 직물이, 제2 에폭시 수지, 상기 제2 에폭시 수지를 경화시키기 위한 제2 경화제, 및 고무 성분을 포함하는 처리제 조성물로 처리된,
톱니형 벨트. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 제2 에폭시 수지는, 지방족형 에폭시 수지, 노볼락형 에폭시 수지, 비스페놀 A형 에폭시 수지, 비스페놀 F형 에폭시 수지, 비페닐형 에폭시 수지, 및 페녹시형 에폭시 수지로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1개의 에폭시 수지를 포함하는, 톱니형 벨트. - 제11항에 있어서,
상기 제2 에폭시 수지는, 지방족형 에폭시 수지 및 노볼락형 에폭시 수지로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1개의 에폭시 수지를 포함하는, 톱니형 벨트. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 제2 경화제는, 이미다졸계 경화제인, 톱니형 벨트. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 고무 성분은, 니트릴 고무, 수소 첨가 니트릴 고무, 또는 수소 첨가 카르복실화 니트릴 고무를 포함하는, 톱니형 벨트. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 제2 에폭시 수지와 고무 성분의 중량비는, 1:9 ~ 9:1인, 톱니형 벨트. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 처리제 조성물의 톱니형 직물에 대한 부착량(고형분)은, 5 ~ 200g/㎡인, 톱니형 벨트. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 고무 성분은, 라텍스인, 톱니형 벨트. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 처리제 조성물이, 상기 고무 성분을 가류하기 위한 가류제를 더 포함하는, 톱니형 벨트. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 벨트 본체의 톱니형 직물에 접착되는 부분은, 고무와, 레조르시놀과, 멜라민 화합물을 포함하는 고무 조성물이 가류되어 성형된 것인, 톱니형 벨트. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 벨트 본체의 톱니형 직물에 접착되는 부분을 구성하는 고무는, 수소 첨가 니트릴 고무 또는 수소 첨가 카르복실화 니트릴 고무를 포함하는, 톱니형 벨트. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 처리제 조성물로 처리된 톱니형 직물은, 그 외표면이, 또한 제3 에폭시 수지의 경화물에 의해 피복되어 있는, 톱니형 벨트. - 한쪽 면 측에 길이 방향을 따라 톱니부와 톱니 바닥부가 교호적으로 형성된 벨트 본체; 및
상기 벨트의 본체의 한쪽 면에 피복된 톱니형 직물;
을 포함하는, 톱니형 벨트의 제조 방법으로서,
제2 에폭시 수지, 상기 제2 에폭시 수지를 경화시키기 위한 제2 경화제, 및 고무 성분을 포함하는 처리제 조성물로 상기 톱니형 직물을 처리하고, 상기 처리된 톱니형 직물에 미가류(未加硫) 고무 시트를 중첩시킨 후, 가류 성형하여 톱니형 벨트를 얻는,
