Claims (20)
- 액상의 알칼리 금속을 포함하는 음극 물질을 수용하는 음극 구획;
양극 구획;
양극 구획 내의 극성 용매;
극성 용매보다 더 큰 비중을 가지는 비기체상의 물질을 포함하는, 양극 구획 내의 양극 활성 물질;
양극 구획으로부터 음극 구획을 분리하는 이온 전도성 세퍼레이터 (separator); 및
경계면의 위치가 변화할 때조차도 양극 활성 물질과 극성 용매 사이의 경계면에 전기적 접촉을 제공하는 양극 전류 집전체
를 포함하는 재충전가능한 갈바니 전지. - 제1항에 있어서, 음극 물질이 나트륨 또는 리튬을 포함하는 재충전가능한 갈바니 전지.
- 제2항에 있어서, 양극 활성 물질이 하나 이상의 황 및 아이오딘을 포함하는 재충전가능한 갈바니 전지.
- 제3항에 있어서, 음극 물질이 리튬을 포함하고 양극 활성 물질이 황을 포함하며 갈바니 전지의 온도가 약 185 ℃와 약 250 ℃ 사이로 유지되는 재충전가능한 갈바니 전지.

- 제1항에 있어서, 갈바니 전지가 충전 또는 방전될 때 양극 구획 내의 액체가 갈바니 전지를 나가고 갈바니 전지로 다시 들어오도록 갈바니 전지가 구성되는 재충전가능한 갈바니 전지.

극성 용매가 하나 이상의 아세트아미드, 메틸아세트아미드, 및 디메틸아세트아미드, N-메틸 포름아미드 (NMF), 포름아미드, 디메틸포름아미드, 테트라글라임, 디글라임, 디메틸에테르, 에탄올암모늄 니트레이트, 이미다졸륨 할로게노알루미네이트염 및 이들의 조합을 포함하고;
이온 전도성 멤브레인은 하나 이상의 NaSICON, 나트륨 베타 알루미나, 나트륨 베타 프라임 알루미나, 나트륨 베타 더블 프라임 알루미나, LiSICON, 및 유리 세라믹을 포함하고; 및
이온 전도성 멤버레인이 관 모양 또는 평평한 것인 배터리. - 제18항에 있어서, 음극 물질이 나트륨을 포함하고 갈바니 전지의 온도가 약 100 ℃와 약 200 ℃ 사이로 유지되는 배터리.
