Claims (12)
- 광원;
상기 광원의 둘레에 배치되어 빛을 반사하는 반사면을 구비하는 반사부;
상기 광원과 상기 반사면 사이에 배치되며, 상기 광원의 빛을 일부 반사시키고 일부는 상기 반사면측으로 투과시키는 확산부;
를 포함하는 발광장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 확산부는 기울기를 가지며 상기 광원을 향해 경사진 구조로 배치되며, 상기 기울기의 변경을 통해 투과되는 빛의 양을 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 확산부의 기울기는 상기 반사면의 기울기와 같거나 상대적으로 더 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 발광장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 확산부는 실리콘 또는 에폭시 수지에 광 반사성 입자가 분산되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 확산부는 제1 확산부 및 제2 확산부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 반사면과 상기 확산부는 상기 광원의 양 측에 배치되며, 상기 광원을 기준으로 대칭을 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 광원과 확산부 상에 배치되는 확산판을 더 포함하는 발광장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,
상기 확산판은 상기 확산부와 동일한 재질로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 확산부는 상기 투과된 빛을 상기 반사면 측으로 확산시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 광원은 기판과, 상기 기판 상에 실장되어 배열되는 복수의 발광소자를 포함하는 발광장치.
- 제10항에 있어서,
상기 광원은 선광원을 포함하며, 적어도 하나가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 반사부는 금속 재질로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광장치.
