메틸 {4,6-디아미노-2-[5-플루오로-1-(2-플루오로벤질)-1H-피라졸로[3,4-b]피리딘-3-일]피리미딘-5-일}메틸카르바메이트;
메틸 {4,6-디아미노-2-[5-플루오로-1-(2-플루오로벤질)-1H-피라졸로[3,4-b]피리딘-3-일]피리미딘-5-일}(2,2,2-트리플루오로에틸)카르바메이트;
메틸 {4,6-디아미노-2-[5-플루오로-1-(2-플루오로벤질)-1H-피라졸로[3,4-b]피리딘-3-일]피리미딘-5-일}카르바메이트 히드로클로라이드;
메틸 {4,6-디아미노-2-[5-플루오로-1-(2-플루오로벤질)-1H-피라졸로[3,4-b]피리딘-3-일]피리미딘-5-일}카르바메이트 술페이트;

로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 화학식 I의 화합물. - [A] 하기 화학식 II의 화합물

을 불활성 용매 중에서 헥사부틸주석 및 적절한 팔라듐 촉매의 존재하에 주석 화학종을 중간체로 형성하면서 화학식 III의 화합물

과 반응시켜 화학식 IV의 화합물

을 수득하고, 이를 불활성 용매 중에서 적절한 환원제로 환원시켜 화학식 V의 화합물
<화학식 V>
을 수득한 다음, 이를 용매의 존재 또는 부재하에 적절한 염기의 존재하에 메틸 클로로포르메이트와 반응시켜 화학식 I-A의 화합물

을 수득하거나, 또는
[B] 상기 화학식 II의 화합물을 불활성 용매 중에서 시안화구리와 반응시켜 화학식 VI의 화합물

을 수득하고, 이를 산성 조건하에 화학식 VII의 화합물

로 전환시킨 다음, 이를 불활성 용매 중에서 적절한 염기의 존재하에 화학식 VIII의 화합물

과 반응시켜 화학식 IX의 화합물

[C] 상기 화학식 I-A의 화합물을 불활성 용매 중에서 적절한 염기의 존재하에 화학식 X의 화합물

(상기 식에서, R1A는 (C1-C4)-알킬이고, 여기서 (C1-C4)-알킬은 플루오린 및 트리플루오로메틸로 이루어진 군으로부터 서로 독립적으로 선택된 1 또는 2개의 치환기로 치환될 수 있으며,

- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 심부전, 협심증, 고혈압, 폐고혈압, 허혈, 혈관 장애, 신부전, 혈전색전성 장애, 섬유성 장애 및 동맥경화증의 치료 및/또는 예방 방법에서 사용하기 위한 화학식 I의 화합물.
- 심부전, 협심증, 고혈압, 폐고혈압, 허혈, 혈관 장애, 신부전, 혈전색전성 장애, 섬유성 장애 및 동맥경화증의 치료 및/또는 예방을 위한 의약의 제조를 위한 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 정의된 화학식 I의 화합물의 용도.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 정의된 화학식 I의 화합물을 불활성, 비독성의 제약상 적절한 부형제와 함께 포함하는 의약.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 정의된 화학식 I의 화합물을, 유기 질산염, NO 공여체, cGMP-PDE 억제제, 항혈전 활성을 갖는 작용제, 혈압을 강하시키는 작용제, 및 지질 대사를 변경시키는 작용제로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 추가의 활성 화합물과 함께 포함하는 의약.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 심부전, 협심증, 고혈압, 폐고혈압, 허혈, 혈관 장애, 신부전, 혈전색전성 장애, 섬유성 장애 및 동맥경화증의 치료 및/또는 예방을 위한 의약.
- 유효량의 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 정의된 화학식 I의 화합물 1종 이상, 또는 유효량의 제8항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 정의된 의약을 투여하는 것에 의한, 인간 및 동물에서 심부전, 협심증, 고혈압, 폐고혈압, 허혈, 혈관 장애, 신부전, 혈전색전성 장애, 섬유성 장애 및 동맥경화증의 치료 및/또는 예방 방법.
