- 6-25 m2/g 비표면적 나노분말 합금 첨가물을 포함하는, 다이아몬드 공구의 제조를 위한 구리계 바인더로서, 하기의 중량% 성분 비율:
Cu = 30 - 60
Fe = 20 - 35
Co = 10 - 15
Sn = 0 - 10.5
WC = 0 - 20
합금 첨가물 = 1 - 15
을 갖는 바인더. - 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 합금 첨가물은 탄화텅스텐 또는 텅스텐 또는 몰리브덴 또는 산화알루미늄 또는 이산화지르코늄 또는 탄화니오븀 및/또는 질화규소인 것인, 바인더.
- 75-150 m2/g 비표면적 나노분말 합금 첨가물을 포함하는, 다이아몬드 공구의 제조를 위한 구리계 바인더로서, 하기의 중량% 성분 비율:
Cu = 30 - 60
Fe = 20 - 35
Co = 10 - 15
Sn = 0 - 10.5
WC = 0 - 20
합금 첨가물 = 0.01 - 5
