도 3은 본 발명에 의한 주름형 스프링의 형상을 도시한 정면도.
도 4는 본 발명에 의한 스프링을 절개하여 내층과 외층의 구조를 확대하여 나타낸 단면도.
도 5는 본 발명에 의한 스프링에 슬릿이 형성된 형태를 나타낸 사시도 및 평면도.
도 6은 본 발명에 의한 복합재질의 스프링과 종래의 금속 스프링의 진동 감쇠 정도를 비교하여 나타낸 도면.
도 7은 본 발명에 의한 복합재질의 스프링과 종래의 금속 스프링의 고유 진동수와 그에 따른 스프링의 형상을 비교하여 나타낸 도면.
도 8은 본 발명에 의한 스프링에서 주름각과 골부분 외경 및 산부분 외경 변화에 따른 스프링 특성을 비교하여 나타낸 도면.

Claims (8)
- 서스펜션에 설치된 로워시트(300)와 차체(200) 사이에 지지되도록 마련되어 탄성력을 제공하며, 내부가 중공된 주름관 형상으로 형성된 스프링(100);을 포함하는 차량용 서스펜션의 스프링.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 스프링(100)은 이종의 재질이 복합되어 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 서스펜션의 스프링. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 스프링(100)은 내층(110)과 외층(120)으로 이루어지며, 내층(110)과 외층(120)이 서로 다른 재질로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 서스펜션의 스프링. - 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 스프링(100)은 내층(110)이 탄성재질로 형성되며, 외층(120)이 강성재질로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 서스펜션의 스프링. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 스프링(100)의 외부측에 홈 형상으로 슬릿(130)을 형성하여, 스프링(100)의 비선형 특성을 제어하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 서스펜션의 스프링. - 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 슬릿(130)은 스프링(100)의 축선방향에 대해 수직한 방향으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 서스펜션의 스프링. - 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 슬릿(130)은 스프링(100)의 산(140) 끝부분에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 서스펜션의 스프링. - 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 슬릿(130)은 스프링(100)의 산(140) 부분마다 형성되되, 상기 슬릿(130)들은 축선방향을 기준으로 동일선상에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 서스펜션의 스프링.
