Description
Claims (15)
- Mg, Ti, 할로겐 및 탄소수 3 내지 6 의 고리형 에테르에 속하는 전자 공여체 화합물 (ID) 을 포함하며, 5 초과의 몰비 Mg/Ti, 3 미만의 몰비 Mg/ID, 및 5.0°와 20.0° 사이의 2θ 회절각 범위에서, 7.2±0.2°, 및 11.5±0.2° 및 14.5±0.2°의 회절각 2θ 에 3 개 이상의 주 회절 피크가 존재하며, 상기 7.2±0.2°의 2θ 에서의 피크가 강도가 가장 센 것이고, 11.5±0.2°에서의 피크가 가장 센 피크 강도의 0.9 배 미만의 강도를 갖는 X 선 회절 스펙트럼을 특징으로 하는, 올레핀 중합용 고체 촉매 성분.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, X 선 회절 스펙트럼에서 11.5°에서의 피크의 강도가 7.2±0.2°의 2θ 회절각에서의 회절 피크의 강도의 0.8 배 미만의 강도를 갖는 고체 촉매 성분.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, X 선 회절 스펙트럼에서 7.2±0.2°의 2θ 회절각에서의 회절 피크의 강도의 0.9 배 미만의 강도를 갖는 또다른 회절 피크가 8.2±0.2°의 회절각 2θ 에서 존재하는 고체 촉매 성분.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, X 선 회절 스펙트럼에서 7.2±0.2°의 2θ 회절각에서의 회절 피크의 강도의 0.5 배 미만의 강도를 갖는 18.2±0.2°의 회절각 2θ 에서의 추가의 넓은 피크가 또한 존재하는 고체 촉매 성분.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, ID 화합물이 탄소수 3 내지 5 의 고리형 에테르 중에서 선택되는 고체 촉매 성분.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, ID 화합물이 테트라히드로푸란인 고체 촉매 성분.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, Mg/ID 몰비가 2.9 미만인 고체 촉매 성분.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, Mg/Ti 몰비가 7 내지 50 범위인 고체 촉매 성분.
- 이하의 단계를 포함하는 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 고체 촉매 성분의 제조 방법:
(a) 티탄 테트라할라이드 또는 식 TiXn(OR1)4-n (식 중, 0≤n≤3, X 는 할로겐이고, R1 은 C1-C10 탄화수소기임) 의 티탄 화합물을 MgX2(R"OH)m 부가체 (여기서, R" 기는 C1-C20 탄화수소기이고, X 는 할로겐임) 와 접촉시켜, Mg 디클로라이드 상에 지지된 티탄 화합물을 함유하는 중간체 생성물을 제조하는 단계; (b) 생성된 고체 상에 3 미만의 Mg/ID 몰비를 갖도록 하는 조건 하에서 (a) 로부터 나온 상기 중간체 생성물과 탄소수 3 내지 6 의 고리형 에테르로부터 선택되는 내부 공여체 화합물 (ID) 을 접촉시키는 단계; 및 (c) (b) 로부터 나온 고체 촉매 성분을 70 내지 150 ℃ 의 온도에서 실시한 열 처리에 적용하는 단계. - 제 9 항에 있어서, 열 처리를 80 내지 130 ℃ 범위의 온도에서 실시하는 방법.
- A 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 고체 촉매 성분,
B 하나 이상의 알루미늄 알킬 화합물, 및 선택적으로,
C 외부 전자 공여체 화합물
을 접촉시킴으로써 얻어지는 생성물을 포함하는 올레핀 중합용 촉매. - 제 11 항에 있어서, 알루미늄 알킬 화합물이 Al 트리알킬인 촉매.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 알킬알루미늄 화합물이 하나 이상의 트리알킬알루미늄 화합물과 알킬알루미늄 할라이드를 혼합함으로써 얻어지는 생성물인 촉매.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 활성 증진제로서 할로겐화된 화합물 (D) 을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제 11 항 내지 제 14 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 촉매의 존재 하에 실시되는, 올레핀 CH2=CHR (식 중, R 은 수소 또는 탄소수 1 내지 12 의 탄화수소 라디칼임) 의 (공)중합 방법.
