Description
Claims (11)
- 화학식 (1) 의 염소화된 알킬아닐린 또는 이의 황산염의 제조 방법으로,
[식 중, R1, R2 및 R3 은 독립적으로 H 또는 알킬기이고, 단, R1 및 R2 중 적어도 하나는 알킬기이며, X1 및 X2 는 독립적으로 H 또는 Cl 이고, 단, X1 및 X2 중 적어도 하나는 Cl 임],
하기의 단계를 포함하는 방법:
(a) 화학식 (2) 의 알킬아닐린을 용매로서 황산과의 혼합물 중의 아닐리늄 형태로 제공하는 단계;
[식 중, R1, R2 및 R3 은 상기 정의된 바와 같음], 및
(b) 화학식 (1) 의 알킬아닐린을 황산염의 형태로 수득하기 위하여 단계 (a) 의 혼합물을 염소 (Cl2) 로 처리하는 단계, 임의로 이후에 유리 알킬아닐린을 수득하기 위하여 염기로 처리하는 단계. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 식 중 R3 은 H 인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 식 중 R1 및 R2 는 독립적으로 알킬기인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 식 중 R1 및 R2 는 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 반응을 폐쇄계에서 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 반응을 개방계에서 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 반응을 5 ℃ 내지 120 ℃ 의 온도에서 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 반응을 10 ℃ 내지 100 ℃ 의 온도에서 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 황산은 70 중량% 이상의 H2SO4 농도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 황산은 85 중량% 이상의 H2SO4 농도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 황산은 95 중량% 이상의 H2SO4 농도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
