Abstract
본 발명에 의하면 글루쿠론산을 1.0% 이상 함유하는 갈파래과 해조류 분해물 제조 방법은 효과적으로 화장품 제형에 대한 상용성이 높고 항노화 활성이 우수한 갈파래과 해조류 분해물을 제조할 수 있고 이를 통해 제조된 갈파래과 해조류 분해물을 함유하는 본 발명의 화장료 조성물은 활성산소에 대한 방어 효과를 가지며, 자외선 등에 의한 자외선에 의한 피부세포 손상을 방어할 뿐만 아니라, 사람 섬유아세포에서 MMP-1 생합성 저해효과와 타입 1 프로콜라겐의 생합성 촉진 효과를 나타내며 이로 인해 피부 탄력 및 잔주름 개선효과를 나타낸다. 따라서 본 발명은 화장품 원료 상용성이 높은 글루쿠론산을 1.0% 이상 함유하는 갈파래과 해조류 분해물을 제조할 수 있는 제조방법에 관한 것이며, 또한 이를 통해 제조된 갈파래과 해조류 분해물을 함유하는 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로 활성산소에 대한 방어 효과, 자외선 등에 의해 촉진되는 피부 광손상 방어, 피부 주름의 개선, 피부 탄력 개선효과가 우수한 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다.

Claims (13)
2단계: 제조된 갈파래과 해조류 수용성 추출물에 에틸알코올을 가해 정치하여 고분자 다당체 및 단백질을 침전시킨 후, 여과 및 원심분리를 통해 침전을 회수하여 갈파래과 해조류 함유 고분자 다당체를 선별적으로 회수하는 공정,
3단계: 제조된 갈파래과 해조류 함유 고분자 다당체를 휘발성 산 용액에 분산하여 산 분해를 진행한 후 여과하여 수용성 다당체 분해물을 제조하는 공정, 및
4단계: 제조된 갈파래과 해조류 수용성 다당체 분해물에서 산과 용매를 제거하는 공정을 포함하는 글루쿠론산을 1.0% 이상 함유하는 갈파래과 해조류 분해물 제조 방법.
상기 2단계에서 상기 에틸알코올은 수용성 추출물 중량 대비 50중량% 내지 500중량% 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 글루쿠론산을 1.0% 이상 함유하는 갈파래과 해조류 분해물 제조 방법.
상기 3단계에서 휘발성 산은 염산(hydrocholoric acid), 아세트산(acetic acid), 개미산(formic acid), 낙산(butyric acid), 프로피온산(propionic aci1d), 트리플루오로아세트산(trifluoroacetic acid, TFA), 펜타플루오로프로피온산(pentafluoropropionic acid, PFPA), 헵타플루오로부티르산(heptaflurobutyric acid, HFBA), 노나플루오로펜타논산(nonafluoro pentanoic acid, NFPA), 트리데카플루오로헵타논산(tridecafluoroheptanoic acid, TDFHA) 및 펜타데카플루오로옥타논산(pentadecafluorooctaonoic acid, PDFOA)으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 글루쿠론산을 1.0% 이상 함유하는 갈파래과 해조류 분해물 제조 방법.
상기 3단계의 휘발성 산 용액은 농도가 1 내지 6N 인 것을 특징으로 하는 글루쿠론산을 1.0% 이상 함유하는 갈파래과 해조류 분해물 제조 방법.
상기 3단계에서 산 분해 온도는 80 내지 125℃ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 글루쿠론산을 1.0% 이상 함유하는 갈파래과 해조류 분해물 제조 방법.
상기 4단계에서 산과 용매 제거공정은 제조된 건고물을 정제수에 5% 농도로 용해하였을 때 pH 3.0 이상을 나타낼 수 있도록 휘발성 산과 불순물을 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 글루쿠론산을 1.0% 이상 함유하는 갈파래과 해조류 분해물 제조 방법.
상기 화장료 조성물은 광노화 방지 효능을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 갈파래과 해조류 분해물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 화장료 조성물.
상기 화장료 조성물은 피부 주름개선 효과를 지니는 것을 특징으로 하는 갈파래과 해조류 분해물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 화장료 조성물.
상기 화장료 조성물은 피부 탄력 개선 기능을 지니는 것을 특징으로 하는 갈파래과 해조류 분해물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 화장료 조성물.
상기 화장료 조성물은 피부 노화 방지 기능을 지니는 것을 특징으로 하는 갈파래과 해조류 분해물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 화장료 조성물.
상기 화장료 조성물은 활성산소에 대한 방어 효능을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 갈파래과 해조류 분해물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 화장료 조성물.
