Claims (20)
- 분산액을 생산하기 위해 치료기체 또는 치료액체 또는 이들의 조합과 액체 운반체를 고전단 장치 내에서 혼합하는 단계; 및
상기 생산된 분산액을 환자의 정맥내에 투여하는 단계;
를 포함하고, 상기 생산된 분산액은 약 1.5㎛ 미만의 평균 직경을 갖는 상기 치료기체의 나노기포(nanobubbles) 또는 상기 치료액체의 액적(droplet)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 치료기체는 오존, 황산계 기체, 일산화탄소, 산소, 수소, 질소, 마취가스, 불활성 가스, 및 이들의 혼합들로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 치료액체는 황, 황산염, 유기금속, 항생물질, 스테로이드, 비타민, 유기황 화합물, 알릴 프로필 디설파이드(allyl propyl disulfide), 디알릴 디설파이드(DADS 또는 4,5-디티아(dithia)-1,7-옥타디엔(octadiene)), 디알릴 트리설파이드(DATS), S-알릴 시스테인(SAC), 비닐리디티인(vinyldithiine), 설포닐(sulfonyl) 화합물, 항산화제, 지질, 킬레이트제 및 이들의 조합으로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제 3항에 있어서,
상기 항산화제는 커큐민(심황)을 포함하고; 상기 킬레이트제는 디에틸렌 트리아민 펜타아세트산(diethylene triamine pentaacetic acid;DTPA)를 포함하고; 상기 비닐리디티인은 2-비닐(vinly)-[4H]-1,3-디티인(dithiine) 또는 3-비닐(vinly)-[4H]-1,2-디티인(dithiine)을 포함하고; 유기황 화합물은 알리신(allicin)을 포함하고; 상기 설포닐 화합물은 아존(ajoene)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 치료기체는 수소 또는 황화수소 또는 산소를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 치료기체는 산소이며 상기 생산된 분산액은 혈액 대체재와의 결합에 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
치료기체의 조합 또는 치료액체의 조합 또는 치료기체 및 치료액체의 조합이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 액체 운반체는 총 비경구 영양(total parenteral nutirtion;TPN) 용액을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 액체 운반체는 상기 치료가스 또는 상기 치료기체을 운반하기 위해 인핸서(enhancer)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
분산액을 환자에게 투여하기 전에 상기 생산된 분산액에 약물을 혼입하는 것을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제 1항의 방법을 사용하는 것과 현존하는 치료방법을 사용하는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 질병 치료방법.
- 분산액을 생산하기 위해 치료제, 나노다이아몬드 및 액체 운반체를 고전단 장치 내에서 혼합하는 단계; 및
상기 생산된 분산액을 환자의 정맥내에 투여하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 치료기체 소스 또는 치료액체 소스 또는 이들의 조합;
액체 운반체 소스;
주입구, 배출구, 하나 이상의 회전자, 전단 간극에 의해 분리되는 하나 이상의 고정자를 가지며, 상기 전단 간극은 하나 이상의 회전자와 하나 이상의 고정자 사이의 최단 거리며, 상기 주입구는 치료기체 소스 또는 치료액체 소스 또는 양쪽 모두 및 상기 액체 운반체 소스와 유체 연통되는 고전단 장치(HSD); 및
상기 고전단 장치를 통과하는 유체의 유속 및 체류시간을 조절하는 펌프;
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템. - 제 13항에 있어서,
유체를 환자의 정맥내에 투여하기 위한 주입구를 갖는 장치를 더 포함하되, 상기 장치의 주입구는 상기 고전단 장치의 배출구와 유체 연통되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템. - 제 13항에 있어서,
상기 고전단 장치와 유체 연통되는 저장 용기를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템. - 제 15항에 있어서,
상기 저장 용기의 온도를 제어하도록 구성된 온도 제어부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템. - 제 15항에 있어서,
상기 저장 용기는 환자의 정맥내 주사를 하기 위해 구성된 기구와 유체 연통되는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템. - 제 13항에 있어서,
상기 고전단 장치(HSD)의 온도를 제어하도록 구성된 온도 제어부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템. - 제 13항에 있어서,
상기 치료기체 소스는 오존, 황산계 기체, 일산화탄소, 산소, 수소, 질소, 마취가스, 불활성 가스, 및 이들의 혼합들로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 기체를 제공하기 위해 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템. - 제 13항에 있어서,
