Abstract
Description
도 2는 종래의 방법에 의한 해수마그네시아 회수 공정을 나타낸 흐름도이다.
도 3은 일반해수를 사용하여 해수마그네시아를 회수한 경우 (a)와 농축해수를 사용하여 해수마그네시아를 회수한 경우(b)의 Mg, Ca, B거동을 나타낸 그래프이다.
Claims (5)
- 해수마그네시아 제조 방법에 있어서,
해수를 처리하여 담수를 제조하는 해수담수화 공정에서 발생되는 농축해수를 탈탄산하는 단계;
상기 탈탄산 공정을 거친 농축해수의 상등액에 침전제를 첨가하여 수산화마그네슘을 침전시키는 단계;
상기와 같이 수산화마그네슘이 침전된 상등액에서 고액분리기에 의해 수산화마그네슘을 분리시키고 여과하는 단계; 및
상기와 같이 분리된 수산화마그네슘을 소성하는 단계를 포함하는 농축해수를 이용한 해수 마그네시아 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 해수 담수화 공정이 역삼투압식 해수담수화 공정인 것을 특징으로 하는 농축해수를 이용한 해수 마그네시아 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 침전제는 Ca(OH)2, NaOH 중 1종 이상을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 해수 마그네시아 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 수산화마그네슘이 분리된 상등액을 나노필터로 농축수와 처리수로 여과하는 단계를 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 해수 마그네시아 제조방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서,
상기 나노필터 농축수는 상기 담수에 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 해수 마그네시아 제조방법.
