Abstract
본 발명에 따르면, 치열의 형상과 일치하도록 "U"자 형상의 평면을 가진 본체; 상기 본체에 일정간격으로 직교되게 설치되고 양측에 배치되는 두 개의 카메라와 중앙에 배치되는 한 개의 페턴프로젝터를 통해 치아의 이미지를 3차원으로 스캐닝하는 복수의 광학스캐너; 상기 본체의 중간 외측에 설치되고 광학스캐너의 작동에 필요한 전원케이블과 데이터케이블이 내부로 관통되는 손잡이;를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 한 치아 스캐닝 장치가 제공된다.

Claims (3)
- 치열의 형상과 일치하도록 "U"자 형상의 평면을 가진 본체(1); 상기 본체(1)에 일정간격으로 직교되게 설치되고 양측에 배치되는 두 개의 카메라(12)(12')와 중앙에 배치되는 한 개의 페턴프로젝터(11)를 통해 치아(T)의 이미지를 3차원으로 스캐닝하는 복수의 광학스캐너(10); 상기 본체(1)의 중간 외측에 설치되고 광학스캐너(10)의 작동에 필요한 전원케이블(4)과 데이터케이블(5)이 내부로 관통되는 손잡이(2);를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 한 치아 스캐닝 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 본체(1)는 광학스캐너(10)의 수만큼 복수의 단위체로 분할 구성되되, 상기 복수의 단위체는 각각 링크(3)에 의해 회동 가능하게 연결되어, 치열의 형상에 맞게 본체(1)의 형태를 변화시켜 정확한 치아(T)의 3차원 스캐닝 이미지를 획득할 수 있도록 한 치아 스캐닝 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광학스캐너(10)는 하부가 개구된 장방형의 하우징(15); 상기 하우징(15)의 상부 내측에 설치된 고정블럭(13); 상기 고정블럭(13)의 하면 양측과 중간에 각각 고정된 두 개의 카메라(12)(12')와 한 개의 페턴프로젝터(11); 상기 하우징(15)의 하부에 설치된 투명창(14);으로 구성된 치아 스캐닝 장치.
