콘택트렌즈를 사용하는 20대 남여 40명을 대상으로, 상기 실시예 1, 2에서 제조한 눈 세정액, 상기 비교예 1의 생리식염수 및 비교예 2의 눈 세정제를 각각 10명에게 4주 동안 하루에 3회, 회당 5㎖씩 사용한 후에, 눈 세정 효과 및 눈 자극 정도에 대해 5점 척도법에 의해 평가하도록 한 결과를 평균하여 표 1에 나타내었다.
