상단부가 상기 스토퍼의 상단에 걸쳐지도록 스토퍼의 관통공에 삽입되고, 하단이 상기 안전밸브하우징에 형성된 통공에 관통 삽입되어 위치하는 샤프트;
상기 샤프트에 끼워져서 설치되는 스프링;
상단이 상기 스프링의 하단에 위치하면서 상기 샤프트의 하부에 형성된 외향돌턱의 상단에 걸쳐져서 위치하는 받침부재;
