Claims (5)
- 차량을 구동하는 배터리를 수납하는 차량용 배터리 케이스에 있어서,
상기 배터리를 지지하고, 저부에 복수의 돌출부가 형성된 수지로 이루어지는 트레이 부재와,
상기 트레이 부재의 외측면에 배치되고, 상기 트레이 부재에 면하는 측에 세우는 금속판으로 구성된 적어도 하나 이상의 보강 부재를 갖는 보강 트레이 부재를 구비하고,
상기 돌출부의 외측면에는 적어도 상기 보강 부재에 대응하여 오목부가 형성되어 있고,
상기 보강 부재는 상기 오목부에 감입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 배터리 케이스. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 트레이 부재는 복수의 배터리를 수용하고,
상기 돌출부는, 상기 복수의 배터리를 구획하기 위해 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 배터리 케이스. - 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 보강 트레이 부재는, 상기 트레이 부재의 저판을 덮는 저벽을 구비하고,
상기 보강 부재는, 상기 저벽에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 배터리 케이스. - 제 3항에 있어서,
상기 보강 부재는, 상기 저벽을 노치하여 기립시킨 노치 기립부로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 배터리 케이스. - 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 보강 트레이 부재는, 상기 트레이 부재의 외주를 덮는 금속판으로 구성된 프레임 부재를 구비하고,
상기 보강 부재는, 상기 프레임 부재의 내주벽에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 배터리 케이스.
