Claims (3)
- 프레임과, 상기 프레임의 사이에 형성된 기공을 포함하되,
상기 프레임은,
제1세라믹층;
상기 제1세라믹층 상에 형성되고, 제1세라믹과 제2세라믹을 포함하는 복합 중간층; 및
상기 복합 중간층 상에 형성된 제2세라믹층을 포함하고,
상기 제1세라믹은 지르코늄(Zr), 알루미늄(Al), 티타늄(Ti), 규소(Si), 칼슘(Ca), 망간(Mn) 및 마그네슘(Mg)으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 원소를 포함하며,
상기 제2세라믹은 칼슘포스페이트계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 생체 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 복합 중간층은 제1세라믹층에 인접할수록 제2세라믹보다 제1세라믹의 함량이 많고, 제2세라믹층에 인접할수록 제1세라믹보다 제2세라믹의 함량이 많은 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 생체 재료.
- (1) 기공 형성제를 포함하는 기공 코어층; 상기 기공 코어층 상에 피복된 제2세라믹 조성물층; 상기 제2세라믹 조성물층 상에 피복되고, 제1세라믹과 제2세라믹을 포함하는 복합 조성물층; 및 상기 복합 조성물층 상에 피복된 제1세라믹 조성물층을 가지는 제1필라멘트를 제조하는 단계와,
(2) 중공 형성제를 포함하는 중공 코어층, 및 상기 중공 코어층 상에 피복된 내벽 세라믹 조성물층을 가지는 제2필라멘트를 제조하는 단계와,
(3) 외벽 세라믹 조성물을 이용하여 셀(shell)을 제조하는 단계와,
(4) 상기 제조된 제2필라멘트를 중심으로 하여, 상기 제2필라멘트 주위에 다수 개의 제1필라멘트를 배열하고, 상기 제1필라멘트 상에 셀을 배열한 다음, 압출하여 성형체를 제조하는 단계와,
(5) 상기 성형체를 소진 및 소결하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 제1세라믹은 지르코늄(Zr), 알루미늄(Al), 티타늄(Ti), 규소(Si), 칼슘(Ca), 망간(Mn) 및 마그네슘(Mg)으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 원소를 포함하며,
상기 제2세라믹은 칼슘포스페이트계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 생체 재료의 제조방법.
