Claims (9)
- 반도체 기판 내부에서 발생된 전자와 정공을 각각 수집하는 제1 전극부 및 제2 전극부가 상기 반도체 기판의 한쪽 면에 서로 인접하여 위치하는 복수의 태양전지들;
상기 제1 전극부 및 제2 전극부에 각각 위치하는 복수의 제1 도전성 접착 필름; 및
상기 제1 도전성 접착 필름에 접착되며, 복수의 태양전지 중 어느 한 태양전지의 제1 전극부 및 제2 전극부를 인접한 태양전지의 제2 전극부 및 제1 전극부와 전기적으로 각각 연결하는 복수의 제1 인터커넥터
를 포함하는 태양전지 모듈. - 제1항에서,
상기 제1 도전성 접착 필름은 수지 및 상기 수지 내에 분산된 복수의 도전성 입자를 포함하는 태양전지 모듈. - 제2항에서,
상기 반도체 기판은 적어도 하나의 비아 홀을 구비하고, 상기 제1 전극부는 상기 반도체 기판의 한쪽 면에 위치하여 에미터부와 전기적으로 연결되는 제1 전극 및 상기 반도체 기판의 다른 쪽 면에 위치하고 상기 비아 홀을 통해 상기 제1 전극과 연결되는 제1 집전부를 포함하며, 상기 제2 전극부는 상기 제1 집전부와 전기적으로 분리된 상태로 서로 인접하여 위치하며 상기 기판과 전기적으로 연결되는 제2 전극을 포함하는 태양전지 모듈. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에서,
상기 제1 전극은 상기 태양전지의 수광면에 위치하고, 상기 제2 전극부는 상기 수광면의 반대쪽 면에 위치하는 태양전지 모듈. - 제4항에서,
복수의 태양전지 중 어느 한 태양전지의 제1 집전부는 인접한 태양전지의 제1 집전부와 일렬로 배열되는 태양전지 모듈. - 제5항에서,
상기 인접한 태양전지의 사이 공간에는 상기 제1 인터커넥터의 단부와 접착되는 제2 인터커넥터가 위치하는 태양전지 모듈. - 제6항에서,
상기 제2 인터커넥터는 상기 제1 인터커넥터와 직교하는 방향으로 배열되는 태양전지 모듈. - 제7항에서,
상기 제1 인터커넥터와 제2 인터커넥터 사이에는 제2 도전성 접착 필름이 위치하는 태양전지 모듈. - 제4항에서,
복수의 태양전지 중 어느 한 태양전지의 제1 집전부는 인접한 태양전지의 제2 전극부와 일렬로 배열되는 태양전지 모듈.
