Description
Claims (17)
- 전극 활물질 (A)와 결착제 (B)와 불소 고무 입자 (C)를 포함하는, 리튬 이차 전지의 전극 합제용 슬러리.
- 제1항에 있어서, 불소 고무 입자가, 불화비닐리덴과 헥사플루오로프로필렌의 공중합체 고무 유닛, 테트라플루오로에틸렌과 불화비닐리덴과 헥사플루오로프로필렌의 공중합체 고무 유닛 또는 테트라플루오로에틸렌과 프로필렌의 공중합체 고무 유닛을 포함하는, 전극 합제용 슬러리.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 불소 고무 입자 (C)가 가교된 불소 고무 입자인, 전극 합제용 슬러리.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 불소 고무 입자 (C)의 평균 1차 입자 직경이 0.1 내지 2.0㎛인, 전극 합제용 슬러리.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 결착제 (B)가, 폴리불화비닐리덴 (B1), 및/또는 화학식 B2:
(VDF)m(TFE)n(HFP)l
(화학식 중 VDF는 불화비닐리덴 유래의 구조 단위; TFE는 테트라플루오로에틸렌 유래의 구조 단위; HFP는 헥사플루오로프로필렌 유래의 구조 단위; 0.45≤m<1; 0<n≤0.5; 0≤l≤0.1. 단, m+n+l=1)으로 표현되는 불소 함유 중합체 (B2)를 포함하는, 전극 합제용 슬러리. - 제5항에 있어서, 결착제 (B2)가, 화학식 B2에 있어서, 0.50≤m≤0.90, 0.09≤n≤0.50 및 0≤l≤0.08(단, m+n+l=1)인 불소 함유 공중합체를 포함하는, 전극 합제용 슬러리.
- 제5항에 있어서, 결착제 (B2)가, 화학식 B2에 있어서, l이 0이고, 0.50≤m≤0.90 및 0.10≤n≤0.50(단, m+n=1)인 2원 불소 함유 공중합체를 포함하는, 전극 합제용 슬러리.
- 제5항에 있어서, 결착제 (B2)가, 화학식 B2에 있어서, 0.50≤m≤0.90, 0.09≤n≤0.49 및 0.01≤l≤0.04(단, m+n+l=1)인 불소 함유 공중합체를 포함하는, 전극 합제용 슬러리.
- 제5항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 결착제 (B)가, 폴리불화비닐리덴 (B1) 및 불소 함유 중합체 (B2) 이외의 용제 가용형 열가소성 수지 (B3)를 더 포함하는, 전극 합제용 슬러리.
- 제9항에 있어서, 결착제 (B3)가, 폴리아크릴산계 중합체, 폴리메타크릴산계 중합체, 폴리이미드, 폴리아미드 및 폴리아미드이미드로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종인, 전극 합제용 슬러리.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전극 활물질 (A)가 정극 활물질 (A1)이며, 화학식 A1:
LixM1 yM2 1 - yO2
(화학식 중 0.4≤x≤1; 0.3≤y≤1; M1은 Ni 및 Mn으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종; M2는 Co, Al 및 Fe로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종)로 표현되는 리튬 함유 복합 금속 산화물을 포함하는, 전극 합제용 슬러리. - 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전극 활물질 (A)가 Si 및/또는Sn을 함유하는 염기성 재료를 포함하는 부극 활물질 (A2)인, 전극 합제용 슬러리.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유기 용매를 더 포함하는, 전극 합제용 슬러리.
- 제13항에 있어서, 유기 용매가, 수분 함유량이 100ppm 이하의 유기 용매인, 전극 합제용 슬러리.
- 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 고형분 중에 전극 활물질 (A)를 70 내지 98질량%, 결착제 (B)를 0.1 내지 20질량%, 및 불소 고무 입자 (C)를 0.1 내지 20질량% 포함하는, 전극 합제용 슬러리.
- 제1항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 전극 합제용 슬러리를 집전체에 도포 시공하고 건조하여 얻어지는, 리튬 이차 전지의 전극.
- 제16항에 기재된 전극을 정극 및/또는 부극으로 하고, 비수 전해액을 구비하는 리튬 이차 전지.
