Claims (18)
- 칼슘 설페이트 디하이드레이트와 전분 용액을 포함하는 조성물을 사용하는 방법에 있어서,
잉크젯 인쇄 특성을 개선하기 위해 목재 또는 목질섬유소 섬유 재료(lignocellulosic fibre material)를 포함하는 잉크젯 기록 시트의 표면을 처리하기 위해 칼슘 설페이트 디하이드레이트와 전분 용액을 포함하는 조성물을 사용하는 방법. - 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물 내의 전분 용액의 양은 1 내지 80부인 것을 특징으로 하는, 조성물의 사용 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 조성물 내의 전분 용액의 양은 5 내지 95부인 것을 특징으로 하는, 조성물의 사용 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 전분 용액은 비이온성 또는 양이온 전분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 조성물의 사용 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 상기 전분 용액에 용해된 칼슘 설페이트 디하이드레이트와 고체 형태인 칼슘 설페이트 디하이드레이트 모두를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 조성물의 사용 방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 전분 용액은 용해된 형태의 400ppm을 초과하는 칼슘 설페이트 디하이드레이트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 조성물의 사용 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 결정화 또는 침전에 의해 얻어진 칼슘 설페이트 디하이드레이트 입자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 조성물의 사용 방법.
- 잉크젯 기록 시트(inkjet recording sheet)에 있어서,
목재 또는 목질섬유소 섬유 재료를 포함하는 기재를 포함하고,
상기 기재의 표면은 칼슘 설페이트 디하이드레이트와 전분 용액을 포함하는 조성물로 처리되어 있는, 잉크젯 기록 시트. - 제 8항에 있어서, 600 ml/min 미만의 공기 투과성 값을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 잉크젯 기록 시트.
- 제 8항 또는 제 9항에 있어서, 50°이상의 접촉각(0.05 s)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 잉크젯 기록 시트.
- 제 8항 내지 제 10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 70 g/m2 미만인 Cobb60 값을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 잉크젯 기록 시트.
- 제 8항 내지 제 11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 55% 미만, 바람직하게는 45%, 더욱 바람직하게는 40% 미만의 잉크 손실값(ink loss value)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 잉크젯 기록 시트.
- 제 8항 내지 제 12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 110 이상의 CIE 백색도(whiteness)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 잉크젯 기록 시트.
- 제 8항 내지 제 13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 1.1을 초과하는 잉크 밀도(ink density)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 잉크젯 기록 시트.
- 제 8항 내지 제 14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 9 미만의 인쇄 관통 값(print-through value)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 잉크젯 기록 시트.
- 제 8항 내지 제 15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 5 미만의 라이트 톤(light tone)을 위한 반점형성 지수(mottling index)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 잉크젯 기록 시트.
- 목재 또는 목질섬유소 섬유 재료를 포함하는 잉크젯 기록 시트의 잉크젯 인쇄 특성을 개선하는 방법에 있어서,
칼슘 설페이트 디하이드레이트와 전분 용액을 포함하는 조성물로 상기 기록 시트 표면을 처리하고, 처리 층을 상기 표면 상에 형성하여, 목재 또는 목질섬유소 섬유 재료를 포함하는 잉크젯 기록 시트의 잉크젯 인쇄 특성을 개선하는 방법. - 제 17항에 있어서, 상기 처리 층 상부에 서로 다른 코팅 조성물로 코팅 층을 코팅하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 잉크젯 기록 시트의 잉크젯 인쇄 특성을 개선하는 방법.
