Claims (8)
- 전기자동차를 구동하는 고압배터리와 복수개의 전장 부하 및 상기 복수개의 전장 부하에 구동전원을 공급하는 보조배터리를 포함하는 전기자동차에 있어서,
상기 보조배터리측의 출력 전압을 검출하는 제 1전압검출부;
PWM스위칭을 수행하여 상기 고압배터리의 전압을 상기 전장 부하에서 요구되는 전압으로 변환하는 컨버터;
복수의 릴레이를 포함하고, 상기 복수의 릴레이의 동작여부에 따라 상기 고압배터리의 에너지가 상기 컨버터에 공급되도록 스위칭하는 전력릴레이부(PRA:Power Relay Assembly);
상기 전력릴레이부의 구동을 제어하는 차량제어부(VCM:Vehicle Control Module);를 포함하고,
상기 컨버터는, 상기 보조배터리의 출력전압 크기변화에 따라, 상기 보조배터리의 충전을 위해 상기 차량제어부로 상기 전력릴레이부의 구동을 요청하는 구동명령신호를 보내는 컨버터 제어부를 포함하는 전기자동차. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 컨버터 제어부는,
상기 제 1전압검출부에서 검출된 상기 보조배터리측의 출력전압크기가 설정전압 이하인 경우 상기 차량제어부로 상기 전력릴레이부 구동명령신호를 보내는 전기자동차. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 차량제어부는,
상기 컨버터 제어부로부터 상기 전력릴레이부 구동명령신호를 받아, 전력릴레이를 구동하여, 상기 보조배터리를 충전하는 전기자동차. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 컨버터 제어부는,
상기 보조배터리를 충전하는 시간이 일정시간이상인 경우, 상기 전력릴레이부 구동명령신호 송신을 중지하여 충전을 종료하는 전기자동차. - 전기자동차의 시동이 오프되는 단계;
복수개의 전장 부하 및 상기 복수개의 전장 부하에 구동전원을 공급하는 보조배터리측의 출력전압을 검출하는 단계;
상기 검출된 보조배터리측의 출력전압과 설정전압의 크기를 비교하는 단계;및
상기 출력전압이 상기 설정전압 이하인 경우, 컨버터를 구동시켜 상기 보조배터리 충전모드를 수행하는 단계;를 포함하는 전기자동차 보조배터리의 충전제어방법. - 제 5항에 있어서,
상기 보조배터리 충전모드는 컨버터에서 고압배터리와 상기 컨버터를 연결하는 릴레이 구동명령신호를 보내는 단계;및
상기 고압배터리의 에너지가 상기 보조배터리로 공급되는 단계;
를 포함하는 전기자동차 보조배터리의 충전제어방법. - 제 5항에 있어서,
상기 고압배터리의 에너지가 보조배터리로 공급되는 단계는,
일정시간 지속된 후 종료되는 전기자동차 보조배터리의 충전제어방법. - 제 5항에 있어서,
상기 설정전압은, 보조배터리의 충전상태가 완충상태의 20%인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기자동차 보조배터리의 충전제어방법.
